Go deeper

The deeper we explore our beliefs and the reasons why we nurture certain dreams, the more intimately we grow to know ourselves. Funny thing is, many people are consciously unaware how they relate to body and mind, and how they are deluded by the boundaries and ideas they conjure up.  When was the last time you looked at yourself naked and saw through some of your own misunderstandings?

The deeper we go, the more separation disappears. Notice whom you admire and for which reasons, perceived qualities, accomplishments, ways of thinking or being.  What if everything you notice in your scope is a mirror for something you are invited to learn about true self? What if the essence of being starts empty?

As you imagine you belong to no country, you have no religion, affiliation, or race, you sense the meaning of discarding all labels and descriptions of adopted identity.  What remains? Alexys, nobody skips stages of conscious awakening yet, as time loses its hold over a person, as it no longer grounds or controls the mind, then everything suddenly happens now. Although this is the truth, the human mind is conditioned to create parameters for its own understanding. As those parameters dissolve or lose significance, then you become a door and surrender to the flow of energy itself.

Rizal, let's say the artichoke heart is a symbol for innermost soul. The mind and body are found in outermost layers. Human beings often apply techniques to journey inward, to make their way through the artichoke's jungle of leaves. Effort and techniques require time. Surrender does not. People practice peeling away layers, get wrapped up in taste sensations and other experiences that distract and complicate the inward journey. Some get fed up and never reach the heart centre. Similarly, techniques do not realign one with soul. People are conditioned to complicate what is simple.

Kaushik, as you imply, each being has the responsibility to recognize and break his own patterns. For some, surrender happens. Others struggle against the current. The truth defies words. Any effort to translate may create desire in a listener to know that which cannot be expressed. A revelation is the truth is only ever realized in silence. One awakens to sense that what can be said is not the truth.
