What is it that you truly need now?

You have the power to continue living as you are or to shift focus, vantage point and perspective.  What does it require for you to stay in a place of feeling empowered? Ever choose to let things be as they are?

Regardless of whether you take action to control and change things, there is inner movement inside you every moment.  You can choose to live this out, to be true to your divine self, whatever experience presents.

Ask the inner self what feels right. Everything presents is centred, perfect and empowering you where you are. Only judgment distorts perception and causes you to view things other than how they truly are right now.

To close your eyes, you have the opportunity to sense the fullness of where you are.  You need not be anywhere other than precisely where you are. Allow yourself to be relaxed. You are the air. You are everything, always.

This is a beautiful poem to me, especially that last paragraph, Liara.

I like being the air! :)

It is a great gift to oneself to realize the moment is always filled with promise, joy and love. My moment Right Now is so happy. My focus has shifted from how cold it is in this room with the heater not working as well as it could, to how pretty the sun is coming in on the ficus leaves.

It's great to be alove!

And alive -- now there's a wonderful typo.

I agree with Jannie and her typo is okay too :-)

Jannie, to appreciate being alive feels simply marvelous. To value everything gives life texture, makes it interesting and unique. You create synchronicity and manifest things into being. Your perception of life is influenced by your state of mind while the state of being sees what exists beyond perception.

Yes...I love Jannie's typo as well :)

This visit to your blog is so good for me today. The weather over here is unusually bad and I am in the middle of intense rehearsals for Whistle Down the Wind. I really wanted to go and see Liz this weekend, but realised that it was more to do with escaping getting the house straight and clean and ordering myself in preparation for next week, than going to see her. I am also a bit emotionally down, as I've said on my first comment, and I know that my visit would 'dump' my depression on her (I'm seeing her next weekend in any case) and although I would probably leave feeling better...Liz would have to disperse the negativity I had left in my wake. So here I am in my middle room - being just where I am both physically and spiritually...it does mean that the house will be tidier by tonight and it has enabled me to read your post and quite a few on my blogroll.

that's fine.

Paige, to sense a typo and then to simultaneously to forgive and overlook it is to transcend judgment in a conscious way. This suggests a person chooses to see meaning in different ways of seeings and doing. This reframes the power of intention and reminds you love and appreciation heal everything.

henry, as you are a more conscious observer of changing emotions within yourself, you are also gradually detaching from the vibration of this energy and observing more than you permit it to control you. The Self-Disclosure book offers exercises that empower you to reframe everything and sense benefits in every experience. To deny that you feel something would be to deny part of who you are in a given moment and what your energy is hoping to teach you. Everything is an internal message. Love, forgive and grow.

Hi Liara – fortunately I haven’t often just lived as I am and when I have I’ve regretted it. Now I am moving forward and have noted the point about ‘closing your eyes’ to sense the opportunity and its fullness to be. That I can practise at my mother’s bedside. I probably do it anyway – I’ve always mapped things out in my head, so most things are dealt with as they come along, or adjusted to and I just move forward: I have two or three choices available so just because one doesn’t work, I can go another route – it’s always been incredibly helpful and then doesn’t put pressure on or negativity.

I’ll do that .. be relaxed, be the air, be there – always .. thanks -

Hilary, infinite choices always exist. What matters is realizing you always have alternatives. Sounds as though you are tapping into your own creative power. It comes down to how you listen to heart centre and when.
