Why learn to split consciousness?

Relatively few human beings have mastered the ability of being physically in more than one place at once. This is the ability to create and maintain energy vibrations in two separate physical bodies. You might imagine this requires deep focus and much energy. This something to work toward if you choose.

At the same time, every being is capable of learning to split consciousness, that is, to have that part of self in more than one place at once. Why choose to develop such an ability?

1) Recall how your body is an integrated energy dynamic.

2) Awaken the hard drive of untapped abilities in the soul.

3) Check what is goes on where you physical body is not.

4) Explore synchrony as precursor to heightening sensitivity.

5) Use thought and vision to awaken telepathic ability.

6) Discover a range of existences beyond physical reality.

Hi Liara-

I love exploring - within, without, in any form or lack there-of. :-)
I must say, the "shift of energy" phrase has felt quite natural as many experiences surfaced and I was reminded of many, many shifts - and subsequently, the energy shifted for those around me as well, and it is ALL good indeed. And dialogue, listening, taking time to understand, it makes very good sense.

Love Gail
peace....

P.S and I think it is way cool that you send an email to let me know you have replied, a very nice 'touch'.

Gail, different ways exist to respond to what you sense is happening. It is not about you but energy expansion. Much human behaviour comes from routine conditioning. One continues to do what one has done before because it is reflexive, a mindless way of existing, until something clicks inside. This leads you to shift focus and energy vibration. The future is not here and will not arrive. It does not exist. The past is remembered by the human mind because emotions attach to this energy, weighing it down.

Sometimes the most loving thing is to shift environments or move on from situations and relationships. Holding love in your heart for all experience is a way to nurture spiritual growth. As it is, splitting consciousness is not only done in astral planes. It is also done in the physical world when you choose to fragment yourself and spread yourself thin. All knowledge is collected through your core soul connection. That always exists to connect activitiy on multiple planes. This topic is for another blog post.

Hi Liara-

I look forward to the blog post I can only be honest and tell you that some of your words don't 'fit' yet - I certainly understand the language and the meaning of each word. However, as you string them together from your skill I struggle to 'make sense' as to how it works - 'splitting consciousness in astral places" - I know is a comparison to the physical world, and I am not able to integrate this in to applied understanding yet. I have a very different core place from which my "self" expresses - I am new to the language style - and yet quite seasoned in my own right as to how humanities relate, learn, love, survive, feel, grow, destroy. I clearly understood about shifting environments and shifting energy. I know this intimately. And I have evolved where I have love in my heart for all experience - a journey I continue to enlarge. I also love to have fun, laugh, frolic, and so forth. Perhaps I would understand more if you wrote in the first person more. What do you think?

Love and peace
Gail

Gail, each human being is offered infinite opportunities to learn at his own pace. Understanding what is unfolding in the entire physical world is challenging and involved if you attempt to know and reconcile everything that is going on throughout the planet now. Information overload is possible but also undesirable. This is why individuals choose to focus on a particular area, to grasp it and move on when it suits. Similarly, in terms of consciousness, some people feel lost based on what they feel they do not know about it. Yet, in the larger scheme of things, what you do not know does not matter for your purpose in the moment. How other beings understand what is happening does not matter for your purposes either. Your job is to choose pieces of your puzzle and connect them your way. Make sense of your experience the best you can.

Hi

Again, as I read your words the message or reasoning is like mine just expressed very differently. I am more, shall we say, practical, personal. I write like I speak. If you look at each of our comments I use the word "I" a lot, and you never do. It is a very different way to relate. I have had many puzzle pieces which I call squares of my tapestry of design. I think my tapestry is beautiful. I await the next square. Each are sewn in with various colors and meaning. And with you in the third person and me in the first person tense, there is a level between us - perhaps two!

I believe you see me as a student and you a teacher - which is why your comments are as they are - there is much I have told you which is not realized when you reply. As powerful as your wording is it lacks the "personal' touch. I miss that. Or better said I think it is important for a dialogue of truth to ensue openly and honestly.

I trust my honesty is safe to express.

Love and peace

Gail, everyone is a student and also teacher. Learning never ends. All spiritual teachings come from the same Source. Some beings are simply at different stages of remembering what is inside universal Soul. Any imagined hierarchies begin and end inside ego mind. This exists until you transcend its apparent control. As a person learns to remove labels, detach from emotions and conditioning defines him, then he is left with everything else that has been temporarily forgotten. Honesty and love are always the way to go.

Everything that exists has a being and changing levels of consciousness. Its like traditional school where you may feel slightly ahead or behind in particular subjects. With consciousness, you contend with your own self-directed learning on your schedule. And yet, certain awakenings occur in varying degrees. It is then that it is clear you are the master of your own ship yet have guides to help you temper your own stages of liberation.

The subject of soul consciousness is truly fascinating. To even consider the possibility opens my mind to completely new ideas. Why is it that this concept is not discussed in the mainsteam?
July 27, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJohn
John, as different people are at different levels of self-awareness, they do not experience or see things in exactly the same way. Priorities vary widely based in part on conditioning and distractions from what you know inside.

Your query invites a review of the term "mainstream." If you understand this to mean 'dominant trend of belief system,' then this actually involves both conscious and unconscious perception. Subjects that are openly discussed or accepted by a large number of people do not necessaily pinpoint the truth. Factors such as motivation and level of consciousness of inner knowing, impact when you listen to the inner self or favor external influence. Some views are adopted due to emotion. Other insight stems from higher awareness, or somewhere in between.

I am glad to connect here. Its rare to find anyone even slightly interested in the more esoteric and not sensationalized aspects of these ideas. I have been experiencing these things for as long as I can remember and just kind of allowed them to progress. Now, at least in the last 10 years, my study and interest in self-mastery have become much more significant and more focused.

I wonder if the universal, evolution cycle shifts energy to influence and split consciousness? It seems some people commenting here are very interested. Others do not get it.
July 27, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRobbie
Robbie, some people who say they are drawn to esoteric subjects do so due to ego motivations. These individuals sense mastering invisibility, telepathy and similar skills, enables them to exert power over others. These people emit energy vibration to indicate they are not yet ready to grasp universal equality, unconditional love and all the implications. Part of the mind is still grounded in a third dimension and density weighs them down.

Those beings who truly experience such things know the motivation is love not harm. Until one learns to rise above emotions and other ego obstacles the mind creates, one chooses to obscure reality. Every choice has a purpose. You never experience anything you are not ready to accept. Overcoming unconscious fear on many levels is a constant process. One is unaware inner fear still exists.

The nature of your vantage point determines what and how you see. To progress along our own journey means you move toward total detachment from judgment and expand a sense of in love. You always invite or grow aware of precisely what you need. This is not necessarily what the ego says you really want. You choose what feels right.
