6 Tips to eliminate drama

Certain emotions create mental obstruction and drama. Relate a clogged toilet analogy. If you choose to get worked up, that does not unclog the obstructon. To bottle anything sets it up for release sometime. You choose how to perceive and react. Consider these tips to learn more about the constant energy flux of your life and how to eliminate drama;

1) Choose not to believe. Whatever you think takes form and manifests in your life. If you do not believe in something, then your senses will not permit you to experience that. Yet, if you experience drama, or repeated discomfort, you have not yet uncovered certain mental blocks or dissolved them.

2) Respect your need to grow. Every event that unfolds, every sensation you feel, helps you move through phases of mental, physical and other healing. To be aware of your rigid mindset enables you to work through unconscious doubt, complaints and illusion that obscure what you perceive now.

3)See through the inner judge. Labels create imaginary divisons, hierarchies and power dynamics  They do not exist. Self-induced boundaries re-organize spatial zones and energy vibration in ways that do not serve you. Being aware of what you do empowers you.  Itis possible to evolve and sense what you had missed previously.  Ego has reason to deny truth.

4) Nurture open-mindedness. To disagree or react with distast to people rejects their ways of thinking, being and feeling. To deny or invalidate views other than yours is to close yourself off from layers of truth. To disavow truth is to create waves of energy in form of drama. To accept alternative or co-existent realities, is to concede something other that what you currently experience is connected to the physical world.

5) Recognize the impact of density. Humans are light energy beings. The nature of thoughts and feelings influences if one experiences a lightness of being or, a heavier sense of existence. Drama weighs heavy on the mind. To be unwilling to adjust or change prolongs emotional storms. You exist as you are to learn to release energy and restore other energy inside.

6) Reframe where this is leading. Discomfort evokes stress, conflict or striking realism. Yet, more is happening than you consciously register. Many human beings do not realize they acknowledge drama, explore cause and perpetuate it as part of a process to get beyond it. Thoughts of anger, hostility or revenge imply you misunderstand karmic lessons. As you deliberately take responsibility for conditions and choose to evolve, you gain the insight required to transcend drama.

Amazing... you published this post and I just hit Publish button too where I share how I cope with stress...
I am taking with me this one "Reframe where this is leading."
Very wise words. Excellent tools to transform drama into lessons learned.

Hi Liara,

The impact of density is a good one. I believe that some people are addicted to drama. They like being the center of attention and in the thick of it. It makes them feel alive. These individuals are seeped in ego and don't know how to achieve fufillment without the drama.

Alik, coincidence does not exist. To be more conscientious about where your thoughts and behavior are leading means you recognize your ability to create fear and other states of mind. You can give yourself or another being a gentle push in a particular direction at a given moment. You are always moving beyond something you have outgrown. As you bring it to the surface, it dissolves.

C.Om, wisdom is a state of mind. Every human being nurtures misconceptions and disruptive thought patterns in need of attention. Dark energy reinforces disharmony and strengthens misguided activities. Fear always proves to be groundless. Its common for human beings to misinterpret messages of comfort and love when they come from a source that is on another wavelength of awareness. A push-me, pull-me force is present within the human mind. Part of you thrives on drama. Other parts disavow its existence. If you believe souls incarnate on Earth to work on their shortcomings, then you are constantly preparing for new layers of self-discovery.

Alexys, souls possess their own energy and have free will. If energy feels heavy, this is created on purpose to draw the soul's attention to an underlying situation. During periods of tension or fear, the soul's energy has also been known to detach or dissociate from the body. This helps explain why some people feel they do not belong to their bodies. Drama is relative. If human beings convince themselves they require drama to survive, then this is another misconception that keeps them where they are.

There are many ways for my mind to perceive of alternative or co-existant realities. If I can think of one, does it mean that by thinking of it, it must exist out there somewhere? I know there are different layers of spirit or energy and different dimensions, but if I make a left turn when fate expected me to make a right turn, do I create a new time line? If I change my story or manifest an aspect of a new dream or resonate and channel new energy, am I creating new co-existant physical realities? Would I exist physically in more than one place? Or are you speaking usually of lighter and more ethereal coexistant realities?

Natural Moments, conceiving of something is not the same as experiencing it. The truth is felt not imagined. As you peel the layers of self-perception away, you realize sensing truth differs from imagining illusions that serve ego. The phenomenon of bilocation is the state of being or the ability to be in two places at the same time. Human beings who raise awareness and consciousness can develop capacity to bilocate. Some beings do so in dream dimensions. Other beings do it in waking states or both. As an energy being becomes more discerning of energy vibration within and wihout, it is possible to learn to detect layers of energy that make up the global grid. Different beings have different densities and abide on parallel planes. The reality of multiple densities does not change. Some energy beings consciously accept and sense multiple levels of density. Other energy beings obscure their own perception. Human beings generally discern limited levels of density. Conditioned beliefs and feelings muffle innate senses and abilitities with you. Some senses magnify and expand based on opening awareness. More exists than you are ready to sense at a given moment.

Ok, Vielen Dank Liara and Friends.

I will begin the process of drawing in invited vibrations through thoughts and intentions, and will let them go to just feel newer and deeper levels of experience.

My whole life is drama... I have a teenager that responds to each question with "that's how I roll."

"Every event that unfolds, every sensation you feel, helps you move through phases of mental, physical and other healing." This is the challenge.. a step at a time?

Mark, as a person evolves to be present, that is, to focus on a given moment, that person recognizes what it means to feel truly alive. When humans engage in rebellious or seemingly dangerous behavior, though you and they may be unaware, this forces them into presence. The idea of being present, living for the moment, means consciously free of constraints of personality, emotions and time that all distract people in past or future. Presence is now.

The now is definitely where my teenage daughter is. I guess my challenge is always looking at the consequences of an action and not the present... maybe a happy medium?
March 24, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterMark Salinas
Mark, happiness is a state of mind. Recognize the focus of your attention and what causes you to react. As you evolve not to judge or analyze what you observe, you begin to feel something more powerful than the behaviour of others that captures your attention. Discovering what it means to be the silent observer enables you to sense energy as fear and how it can be shifted away from fear. As a reaction takes over, you become that emotion. To raise awareness helps you sense benefits to all emotion as you learn to transmute what does not serve you. Everything is meaningful, provided you see intrinsic value.

Very well stated. I will take your advice to heart and mind. Thank you for your feedback. :)
