What do you learn about self?

Increasingly, you hear people speaking about how they are helping someone in some capacity.  It is understood this person or group needs help or, benefits from something you give.  You are in the right place and mindset to be offering time or some other service that makes someone's life easier.

This said, you may not realize that you choose to help others in part because their behaviour is telling you things about yourself.  In fact, every relationship you engage in relates to energy vibration. You are attracted to a person or situation for reasons beneath conscious awareness, at least initially.

Now, you may devote yourself to volunteering, to serving with some organisation, to helping a sick person heal, or even to raise the spirit of others.  Whenever you engage in anything, you make that choice as part of a path to awaken more fully.

In other words, every thought and feeling you generate, and even those you generate in relation to another person, situation or event, is part of a deeper soul journey.  What do you learn about self today? Why feel grateful for judgment or short-sightedness? Why appreciate where you are right now?

I am reading the Vortex by Abraham-Hicks currently :) , and this book explains in detail how and why we choose our relationships and what is actually going on energetically between us all. I would reccomend this book highly to those interested in your words here Liara.

When someone judges or challenges us, it makes us feel uncomfortable because their foreign energy is intruding into our personal paradigm which may not accommodate or fit in with the story that we are telling ourselves. Therefore, this different energy comes into our field of energy and causes us to accept a broader interpretation of life and ourselves. Our story then shifts and opens us up to the next stage of life, which is once again an expansion of our energy fields through the interaction of other fields of energy. Therefore, the picture is always changing based on what we are allowing into our lives which can be either positive or negative.

Even the perceived negative then, allows for one to open up and resonate higher if we learn to let go and accept. The perceived negative was within us in the first place, (that is why it came to us) and by processing this energy, it neutralizes and allows for personal growth and expansion. Therefore, in this moment we attract that into our lives that which we can morph into a positive situation, or that which we can fully include into our lives as is.

Bern, many people are not yet comfortable in their own voice. To feel the truth, it is meaningful to speak your truth, express your creative energy in ways that permit you to expand. This process moves to greater self-acceptance. The energy processing continues whether or not you are conscious of root causes of your thoughts and feelings. To encourage others enriches you immensely. Each energy being is beyond limits. In order to accept what you truly are, you sense your uniqueness and role in the collective.
