4 Tips to stop undermining your own progress

How often are you asked what you really want? You may evolve to the point where you answer, just before you begin to apologize for why you can't do the thing, why you've postponed it, why its not affordable, why you aren't yet ready, why you don't yet have enough of what you really need. This implies your subconscious and actual words are undermining your progress. Its time to stop making excuses. What can you do about it? How can you focus on more positive thoughts and new progress?

1) Practice affirmations. Take time to write out 25 reasons why you will follow through with your desired project. Include why you feel capable, ready, focused, detemined and prepared. Consider additional ideas about consequences on your mindset, attitude and overall self-view. Explain why you believe in your success.

2) Nurture prosperity consciousness. If its money or other prosperity you seek, its important to do what it takes to develop more confidence in how you imagine success is already unfolding. What reasons do you have to feel energized? jubilant? talented? self-directed? engaged? guided? and more aware of what you want?

3) Reiterate your desires. Speak and write about at least 25 wonderful traits and qualities you are. You might rephrase what you think you desire in different ways so as to gain new insight. This will deepen your understanding, boost morale and enable you to reframe hopes and plans more concisely. You are what you think about.

4) Review & purify your intentions. Go through the visualization process. Experience how your life will be when you have accomplished this thing that means so much. What will you be doing differently? How will you feel? Imagine how you can serve rather than say to yourself, "what can I get out of this?" You attract favorable outcomes with less ego and less desire to rigidly control all aspects of a situation.
