What is the basis for your curiosity?

Paranormal skills confound some people and intrigue others.  You may seek to redefine your views of the truth.  You may even dream of developing some new abilities.  Come what may, it would be helpful to uncover the reasons behind your apparent curiosity.  To do so, you benefit from asking yourself the following:

1) What are your initial impressions?   Some people get their first exposure to paranormal skills in popular culture such as film, articles and other media. Where did you first learn the term 'paranormal?' What about these skills appeals to you? Do you believe it possible or illusory? Who have you seen on read about with such abilities? How does it make you feel?

2) Why are you seeking further information?  Perhaps you are intrigued with a particular person you've heard about and would simply like to learn more about him or her.  Then again, you may have different underlying motivations. As you learn more about yourself, you are actually preparing your mind and perception to learn.

3) How do you hope to use these skills?  You always have a plan for your initiatives.  It may simply be unconscious until you discern and openly acknowledge it.  How you evolve and grow is highly dependent on whether you aspire to use developed skills for service or other purposes.

Is it only you?

You may dream of different kinds of relationships than those you know and wonder if your frustration and other negative emotions stem purely from 'you'. You may spiral back at the result of some past decisions and re-examine your initial impressions of people you thought you knew. It’s all good. You’re always evolving but may be unaware of benefits in these changes. Consider new ways of sensing your emotions:

1) You may be processing ‘generic’ energies. This isn’t like laying the blame conveniently on someone for things you’ve done. It’s a matter of opening your mind up to realize you pick up on mental and physical energy all around you from indirect sources. To grasp this is to learn you can detach from external events and not permit your mood to fluctuate based on them. You are in charge of how you react.

2) You may be the object of transference. People who recognize your susceptibility or vulnerability may unload their emotional baggage or energies onto you. This may take form in complainers, and people who express unhappiness to your attentive ears. Whenever you choose to listen, you absorb energies. This can affect your thoughts and mood unless you decide to shift the conversation and your life.

3) You may not know yourself as well as your think. Since we each invite people into our lives based on how we think and feel, you may be unaware of aspects of your own mind and what you aim to learn. Each person is there to offer you a lesson. Life is all about growing and expanding. What you choose to get out of each relationship will impact its nature and its duration and  people who will come next.

Why haven't you seen them yet?

Since angels seem to keep quiet and hidden, you may wonder why it is you haven't sensed them.  You may not yet realize the frequency of your thoughts, the nature of your emotions, and level of judgment can obscure or expand your senses beyond your wildest dreams.  Ask yourself a few questions to help guide your journey:

1) Why do you wish to see angels?  If you seek heavenly proof to bolster your faith in yourself or other things, then you need to understand what you experience is determined by your own belief systems, confidence and sceptism.  You see and feel based on external conditioning as well as your own core ideas from within.

2) What do you fear?  If you imagine angels might be scary or, you don't think you've earned it, think again.  Whatever you encounter, nothing can destroy you.  At this moment, regardless of a physical body, you are energy.  If you fear this life is all there is, well, what if you shifted that view? To move beyond fear is to learn to raise your vibration and begin to sense things you had missed before.  Angels transcend human views of time and space.  They work divine magic in their own ways.

3) Do you really know what you're looking for?  You store up knowledge and experience that feeds your expectations.  Your understanding of angels and how they present themselves could be limited to popular culture or what you've been told.  Consider listening to yourself.  If angels are examples of unconditional love, they will be energy sources that are comforting and reassuring.  Perhaps its time to build on what you think you already know.  Learn to look beyond your preconceived notions.

7 Sacred Secrets to Manifesting

The Kabalion is an ancient text that offers methods and guidance to keep your thoughts, your moods, health and relationships at a consistently high level. Doreen Virtue has explored these 7 teachings in her recent book called Divine Magic.

"Hermetic" teachings arose in secret during periods in history when challenging authority meant death.  Initially passed verbally from master to pupil, your insight into these concepts will impact your creative power and how you evolve to live:

1) Mentalism. "All is in the Mind." This pinpoints how your authentic core (Higher self) is a direct extension and creation of the Divine Mind. The answers lie within you because you're linked to all that is. You may view this as a spiritual perspective.

2) Correspondence. You may have heard Herme's phrase, "As above, so below; as below, so above." This refers to the laws which govern physical, mental and spiritual planes. To recognize their inter-connectedness is to elevate your consciousness and experience to higher planes. Remind yourself 'its all good,' all of life as you see it.

3) Vibration. Everything is energy and moves at its own speed, frequency and vibration. The difference between what you sense and don't experience is that what you think about is attracted to your plane of vibration, and what you don't think about remains on other planes. Recognize you influence all rates of vibration.

4) Polarity. Every experience or choice has its opposites which you can choose to see, think about or ignore. Imagine each situation in your life vibrates at different levels of the same pole or gauge. Hermetists encourage you to rethink unwanted experiences into more desirable ones by choosing to see the blessings which changes your vibration to the highest end of your gauge.  Choose to see the positive side.

5) Rhythm. All things rise and fall. This can be understood as a pendulum swing that manifests in everything. Rhythms compensate in all directions. You may begin to grasp that every thought and feeling generates an equal and opposite reaction. By mastering or taking control of the mind to focus on sources of joy, you'll become immune to downturns and sense new kinds of benefits in impermanence.

6) Cause & Effect. Every cause has its effect. There is no coincidence or accident. You can be carried along by the decisions and behaviors of others or, you can consciously focus your mind and exert greater influence on your healings and manifestations.  You will bring more of what you focus on and can also change.

7) Gender. This refers to masculine and feminine energies. Female energy is magnetic and attracting. Male energy is electric and creating. Banishing (releasing) and attracting energies can lead to balance. To manifest, you must attract or create it. A consistent, balanced flow of giving and receiving recognizes benefits.

3 Tips to reframe wealth creation

As people seek to create wealth, one of the most popular questions relates to money. Yet, what is this really? Are you aware of the real reasons why you think you want it? Who influences these ideas? How do you manifest wealth on your terms?

Money is a human invention, a means of exchange. While you may think having more money will eliminate debt and other troubles, your sense of wealth is affected by the intentions or emotions behind them. You may desire more disposable cash, but if whatever you have filters through your fingers, you would benefit from examining your deeper associations with money.  Reframe your wealth creation:

1) Discern the values you associate with money. What is happiness to you? Which objects, qualities, service or, sense of direction do you value? Your universe is the creation of your finite mind. You differentiate value based on feelings and mental states. What makes you feel good is desirable. Prosperity, abundance and pleasure all have motivations. Your associations and visualisations are the crux of it all.

2) Be honest about what you want money to do for you. When you refer to money, what is it you really think about or desire to acquire? Physical material doesn't buy true intimacy, friends, character, inner peace, a clear conscience or, immortality. Raising awareness of any misplaced agendas or misconceptions will enable you to remove blocks from the wealth you want and hope to generate in this life now.

3) Recognize ownership has only temporal convenience. Mental creations don't use or depend on physical materials. Detach from associating with your "me" (ego) and instead, choose to associate with your "I" (inner observer). Begin to understand that stability and self-worth aren't grounded in ownership, which itself doesn't last. It is increased experiences, reflection and self-awareness that lead to manifesting wealth in all forms. Escape the pains and fears of the lower plains by vibrating on a higher plane. Fluctuations in emotion lead to fluctuating money flow.
