Rethink the paradox of perfect order

Some human beings fervently believe that at a given moment, 'All is as well.'  Now, if everything always worked out for the best, you might assume all is also in perfect order. One perspective would interpret this assumption as a paradox. You may ask, why? 

If you believe in Higher beings beyond you, such as angels, then, from their perspective, perfect order always exists.  However, from the position of humans who live according to perceived duality, life isn't in perfect order.  If this was true,  why would souls choose to be born human?  There would be no opportunity for lessons, no role for reincarnation. 

Why might you assume your situation is far from perfect? Life will not evolve as it should, until you choose to raise your awareness, to think and feel differently than before.

Many people aren't yet attuned to their own own consciousness.  Where this is the case, people are driven by unconsciousness, which is also susceptible to creating fears and nightmares.  You determine how attuned you are and how attuned you become.

Seize the life you're meant to live

In order to take steps to live the life you're meant to live, its meaningful to realize all you need is within reach already.  This perspective may throw part of your mind spinning. 

After all, human beings are often taught that motivation is grounded in something you don't have but would like to have or experience.  If you have what you need, then what happens to motivation?  Would it lose something significant or, gain something else?

How you are motivated begins with your beliefs.  When you are conditioned to believe you lack what you need, you motivate yourself to satisfy such needs.  When you associate happiness with a certain image imposed from outside yourself, then you teach yourself seek what you think you don't have.  Its all about the thoughts you nurture.

Some people discover the life they feel meant to lead based on a process of elimination.  They gradually eliminate those thoughts, behaviours that don't enable them to feel good.  If you don't know yet what this means,  at least you can say what it isn't.  That's a step in the right direction.  You need to believe you're in the right place for you at this moment.

To seize the life you're meant to live, you don't have to go somewhere you're not.  It makes sense to build confidence wherever you are.  Have you learned what it means to be constantly mindful? To be conscious implies you connect to everything.  Thoughts and dreams are interconnected.  They assist you to see behind your values and principles.

How do you work through resistances?

Resistances are mental blocks humans create for different reasons.  Many people don't realize their behavior reflects resistance.  You may think you procrastinate or, believe you're simply shifting priorities, when your underlying motivation tells a different story.

As you oppose or withstand situations, you may not realize that you also block energy flow.  This is reflected in physical tension and bodily sensations.  Your mind moves to focus on a vision you create.  What if your new goal was to refocus, even temporarily?

To raise awareness about your physical reactions helps you discern when you are resisting something.  Your mind isn't always ready to recognize or acknowledge this.  Yet, physiological signs always offer insight.  If your muscles are tight, your body is sending you a message.  If you sense imbalances, they convey valuable messages as well.

Before you can work through resistances, you need to learn to recognize what they are and when you put up your own walls.  Why you do this is something you will figure out as you learn to pay more attention.  What does your body tell you? Are you familiar with your base feelings and energy level? Its meaningful to learn to discern what feels natural.

Working through resistence requires that you evolve to "tune in" and sense your body's subtle energy.  Healing helps you realize that patterns of emotional turmoil can be broken.  Each person chooses his or her own pace.  You decide when you heal and how. 

Belief predetermines outcome.  Real life and your experiences with love enable you to come to your own conclusions.  It has been widely agreed that the truth is always felt.

Have you ever felt as though 'where you're at' isn't 'where you're meant to be?' This gut feeling may be hard to explain.  Its like a spark of doubt that nudges you from time to time as if to distract you from what you're doing at that moment. What should you be?

If you suddenly feel as though you're in the wrong place at the wrong time, then its easy to get discouraged.  The negative energy may start to pour out in the form of disbelief, frustration, impatience, even anger.  Once you start this, a domino effect can ensue.

As you learn to step back from a given situation, you gain an insightful view of greater objectivity.  It becomes clearer that negative thoughts generate negative feelings and that one negative feeling gives birth to another, until you consciously put on the brakes. 

So, no matter what your conditions, you can begin by deciding they are good for you, even if you have yet to work out why.  You can choose to believe that where you're at is a stepping stone on the road where you're meant to be.  This is part of an inner process.

Where you are and where you're going are based on your perception.  As you evolve to discern positive reasons for being where you are, you begin to realize how your conditions serve you.  A shift in mindset doesn't require you travel.  Growth is a choice.

3 Ways to experience your soul

If you take the view that you're alive to learn, then you begin to realize you have infinite opportunities.  As you evolve to tap into your soul in diverse situations, you gain insight into yourself.  You learn how listening to soul can transform your dreams and your life.

How often do you choose to notice the experience of your soul around different people? Do you open your heart to express love and compassion?  Perhaps you react with fear and anxiety? You always choose whether energy and thoughts will affect you in positive ways.

To experience your soul;

1) you sense your perspective changing from a focus on yourself and your life to an increasing awareness of how your actions affect others.  Its like choosing to detach from your personalized experience of things in favor of discerning what seems 'universal.'

2) you grow more flexible and willing to listen to others without attachment of getting your way.  You readily choose peace over conflict.  Winning and losing no longer exist.  You create uplifting feelings that transcend what you thought you knew.

3) you evolve to love yourself and others unconditionally.  You realize you have no reason to fluctuate.  Emotion, the temptation to judge or perceived changes in personalities no longer control you.  Sense all experience you have now and forever serve(s) you.
