3 Tips to Reconnect with your dreams

In order to get in touch with your true self and reconnect with your dreams, it is useful to learn to feel all of your feelings. It is possible you believe you do this already, but it may in fact not be the case. Many people block feelings that evoke fear and discomfort. They do not realize that releasing them more completely enables them to create more effectively what they want out of life.

A widespread belief exists that suggests negative feelings are to be avoided. If you have ever entertained the idea that having negative feelings is not good for you, then you may repress and deny rather than work through and let go of them in healthy ways. Positive visualisation is not meant to lead you to avoid the flip side. If you do, then you unconsciously create levels of fear energy that require attention in themselves to clear.

Consider these 3 tips to reconnect with your dreams;

1) Negative self-expression is not meant to be a regular thing . If you evolve to do this frequently, then it is no longer cathartic. In fact, this is how negativity has been known to promote negative visualization and trouble escalates.

2) Every self-expression is meant to be done with positive intent . This kind of approach would prevent negativity from taking control. As you intend to cleanse and release, then you will transcend them.

3) What you desire is typically the inverse of what evokes discomfort . Rather than be afraid of feelings that capture your attention, it is in your interest to decipher them. If you fear some experience, then in many cases, that is precisely what you need to do to realize a new level of fulfilment.

Strengthen your internal vision

People dream about what it would be like to travel inside their own bodies.  Sometimes this is used as a relaxation exercise.  Sometimes this is used as training to expand and strengthen your internal vision. You choose why and proceed.

If you ever watched the film, Innerspace, you may recall how the protagonist was shrunk into a microscopic state in order to travel through the human bloodstream.  The special effects photography was kid of cool for the era it was released.  This protagonist had his own agenda for internal body travel.  Youa re already defining your own.

You can take the above example to heart.  Imagine yourself as a tiny spark of light that chooses to flow through different parts of yoru body.  Allow yourself to feel the energy, the tension and other sensations as you learn to release them.

Much like the Innerspace film or the Bodywars ride at Epcot Centre in Orlando, Florida, you visualize the organs of the human body all around you.  Remind yourself what each organ feels like.  What does the appearance teach you? In order to reconnect with your dreams, it is necessary to reconnect with your core self on other levels.  How do you feel at this moment?

What if you could explore future life dream recall?

If you believe a supersensible substance pervades all space and forms the substance of a second body (astral body) belonging to each individual, then you may be willing to believe you could explore future life dream recall. People will speculate that clues to oncoming lives must exist in fragments within dreams you have.  How would you proceed?

Uncharted pools of consciousness contain details of present and future consciousness.  Your level of awareness now permits you to reflect on choices you have made, but what if you have future insight already?  Would you choose to bring it to surface?What if you had ability to live out different futures and decde among preferred outcomes, then, rewind?

To choose among options in front of you in different areas of your life, to then explore a prospective choice on one level, and to deviate to another, could theoretically launch you into a different probability.  You may wonder if you might not get lost among realities and lose your way back to where you started.  And what if you changed your mind about a probable reality after the choice was made? You do not need a time capsule.

All of this reminds you why the conscious mind uses great restraint toward knowing future lives or possible experiences. Many people would choose not to know about the exact circumstances and timing of their eventual death before it happens.  Why?  Human beings develop a concern about what could be unpleasant or worriesome. Fear turns into very real mental blocks that inhibits awareness of dimensions of future lives.  

You may be aware past life regression therapy is a tool that benefits people in healing processes and quests for deeper self-understanding.  Whether or not reincarnation is scientifically-proven beyond any doubt, belief systems are such that this practice serves to empower some people to more effectively tackle perceived present struggles. 

Now, that said, your present is a perspective of future from the framework of your past.  Similarly, your present is your past from the perspective of a future.  Anyone who believes in past life regression,  is exploring future life dream recall already.  From the position of the past, the present is the future.  Human beings build bridges to interconnect past and future and travel between them more often than consciously realized.  What you are prepared to admit and remember, is something else.

Redefine your own time travel

Dream- My brother-in-law was paying a $285 credit card bill for my flight ticket to visit my family.  He received a phone call from some agency to verify his social insurance number.  Only then would they finalize the transaction.  And yet, I saw it all as if I was already in the room with him and my parents before he paid the ticket for me to travel! After I observed him and my folks, I saw the ticket materialize, then found myself floating over a highway on a rectangular piece of box cardboard.  I decided not to pass two huge trucks ahead.  I turned around and chose another road.  The dust was beneath me.

Predominant Emotions- despondency, courage, self-love, and increasing self-acceptance.

Interpretation- In a holistic view, human beings consist of energy fields.  Physical movement occurs as you dissolve the veil you imagine between where you are and where you desire to be.  As inner corridors of the mind open, your perception and experience shift.  You pierce illusions of time and space. Astral dreaming does this.

You may sense reason to desire to move closer to parents or other loved ones.  Excuses you devise keep you where you are and hinder desirable initiatives.  Certain events or feelings trigger long-term splits or deep healings among family members.  If you believe everything is connected to everything else,  deep energy field work could be transforming you. Moods change according to perceived blockages in inner energy flow.

As you learn to communicate thoughts and feelings more clearly, you will discover weakness or imbalance in your energy system can be traced back to underlying balance and intention.  Emotional, mental and spiritual sides are already intersecting differently.  

As you are in charge of your growth and evolution, you are never "behind," but always working at your pace. You feel lighter when you dissolve burdensome mindsets. Something has triggered a new level of awareness inside.  You no longer interfere with your core energy field vibration. You are no longer an observer or follower of someone else's path, but choose instead, recognize how you function and regulate your energy fields.

Barbara Ann Brennan & 3 Tips to get your bearings

Barbara Ann Brennan is a healing scientist with a unique approach to applying higher sense perception (HSP).  She has evolved to perceive human energy fields as well as energy fields above normal ranges for human perception.   You might ask how she uses it.
