Share a meaningful lesson

At any given moment, you can choose reflect back and sense experiences about your own healing that have changed how your percieve the world and yourself.  Choices you have made or not have transformed you.  You heal emotionally, spiritually, physically and in other ways.  Every thought and feeling helps.  Your awareness shapes your perspective.

Take a step to share a choice you made, how it changed you. Choose to inspire others.

Why are you where you are?

Many people focus on where they are headed, the future, those things that have yet to happen. You may have a test coming up and you prepare. You mind may be on your next vacation, your goal of getting a promotion, of getting somewhere you want to go.

Human beings gain more knowledge during difficult experiences. Why you are where you are is not always obvious to your conscious mind, but you figure it out. You may assume you got to a meeting to take in what has been planned on an agenda, but the real reason if not what you assume.  You may assume you stopped at a gas station to fill your tank, but you actually had to see an article in a paper.  There you discovered an unforseen opportunity.

When you take a particular bus, you may actually do this because of a person you meet. That person may become your business partner, your spouse or, assumesome other meaningful role. Youa re not going to know exactly whay you are somewhere until later.  Share a story of events that have unfolded for you.

Bo Yin Ra and 5 Tips to reconnect with core happiness

Bo Yin Ra reminds each being that searching for happiness is unnecessary.  How you view your life is a choice.  Your choices can and do change. As you reflect on these five tips, what flashbacks are triggered?

1) Experience joy like a child.  This means 'go with the flow' and rediscover the power of spontaneity. Remember what felt right before some outside force exerted effrt to deter or discourage you.

2) Listen to your creative impulses.  This helps you sense the energy you generate within yourself.  You are regularly invited to acknowledge and explore feelings that go against your impulses.  When you feel chained, then you can discover your mind is key to freedom.

3) Realize you devise and sense harmony.   As you evolve to realize life is a menu of unlimited choices, you begin to sense that soul-lebel choices are not the same as other choices.  As you expand your mind, you expand your sense of choices and you make different decisions.

4) Dissolve your own illusions.  Many people condition themselves to feel joy in relation to physical objects.  One myth is that physical sensations are evoked by physical triggers. 

5) Look within differently.  To recognize the intangible requires you detach from assuming happiness is the result or consequence of some action.  It is within, a faculty you develop and expand forever.

Master the idea of what does not matter

As you go through a typical day, you come to realize unexpected events do not have to shake you up.  Have you mastered the idea of what does not matter?

Recently, when I was moving, my related experiences were anything but smooth sailing.  I had planned to pack and move smoothly, but things did not turn out that way. I realize I was being tested, just like you are, every moment of every day.  I decided foibles did not matter.  Have you ever been in a situation where if something could go wrong, it did?

You may decide events are not meant to unfold as you initially predicted.  Challenges are actually good for you.  Rain enables flowers to grow even if it adds a curve ball to your move. When cleaners do not show up as scheduled, you can view this as an opportunity to expand your compassion and understanding. Remind yourself that the world does not revolve around you, but your thoughts and intentions.

If everyone seems to want something from you just when other deadlines are approaching, if the phone does not stop, you do not have to answer it.  You choose to view this as a distraction or not.  Sense every moment as an opportunity to sense something good. What matters is the good you do for yourself and others.  You are evolving to master your soul.  This means perspective widens, if you align with intention.

Move from fear to feeling secure and creative

Have you ever realized it requires more effort to feel afraid than to feel energy as it flows? You do not wish to reach out and say those things that prevent you from regaining balance. To contradict your own vibration is to go against who you are.  You are on an emotional journey.  Let nothing distract you from your guidance.

Illness has more to do with what a health professional thinks than your true state of mind. Do you wish to learn self-empowerment or disempowerment? You can tune into pure, positive energy and listen to your own guidance to get you what you want.  You are moving from fear to feeling more secure and stable. No person can make you different than you were born to be.  You facilitate creativity inside. Let the creative juices flow.

If others do not do something to change your vibration, then you are in a vibration of thriving and feeling good.  When you desire to learn something, you need to ask.  Then, the answer is always provided.  Whatever state of mind you choose will come to you.  You can have a physical ailment and feel fear or experience the same illness and feel hope.

You have the journey of dealing with the physical body and the emotional journey which helps you to understand how thoughts and feelings manifest your physical state. To feel better about someone else's ignorance is part of your job.  Accept people where they are, whatever their awareness or judgment.  Find a way to feel alright with them.

When you feel hopeful, you shift healing energy. Imagine what it feels like.  Allow well-being to flow.  Discover new ways of sensing and feeling.  Rather than question why something is not being given, ask yourself why what you ask for is not received by your whole self.  You can live in an environment where you instinctively follow your heart.  Make peace with yourself. Be willing to trust yourself over what other people believe you should feel.  You want a contrasting experience so to discern or clarify your desires.
