Brainstorm 40 Things 2 Let Go

Many people are in a frequent tug-of-war with themselves about whether or not to take action and if so, in which direction or area of their lives. Brainstorm 40 things you could let go. Be sure to add what you see as your reasons and the potential result of the change; 

1. Thinking you are "not ready' (to...)

2. Focusing on the past

3. Worry or anxiety about the future

4. The urge to break promises

5. Self-criticism

6. Expectations of others/ the external

7. Urge to compare

8. Procrastination

9. Negative self-talk
