Do what comes naturally
What do "nature" and "natural" mean in your mind? Where does this understanding come from? How easy is it for you to do what comes naturally? Is this something you readily identify or put a finger on? is it a mystery? Notice how the words feel.
The conditioned reflex is not natural. Whatever is ingrained as the right thing to do is not natural either. Are you noticing you know what nature is based on what it is not? Feel your vibes. Notice views of nature and nuture you adopt. Notice whether the message echoing in the mind is the same as that which whispers playfully in the soul. Who are you? Who is asking?

Humans are conditioned to look for the sameness in everything so that they can feel safe and secure in relationship to where they were before. If they can compare and contrast the world, they feel they know their place in it. This then puts them in a cell, because the mind then traps them from feeling the every changing situation that is incomparable to any other moment. What one looks for is not really there. It is one's very own energy being sent out and reflected back to satisfy one's fears and needs. Therefore, one is biting their nails which keeps them from touching the moment.
So what comes naturally is one's true nature. That is, one is moved by Nature when one surrenders the mind and what is judged to be correct, by dissolving the correctional institutions. One then goes wild beyond belief and beyond compare, and lets the body go where it has never been before. The mind then has no choice or preference. One is in rapture in the delight of letting go by becoming a part of the song that lives within us all.
so true - the world would be very dull if we were all the same - thankfully we don't all have to follow the crowd, we are who we are and if we feel like doing something we can .. it will be natural ... cheers Hilary
