Detach from the doer
Training the mind to settle down requires patience and diligence. During this process, you may find that inner contentment is unstable. Why is that? Could it be that the doer within is still wanting something?
In many cases, the mind interferes. It exists to control. And yet, the watcher within knows mind can relinquish all control and even disappear. There is no need to question or do anything. Allow the mind to do what it pleases. Remember how it feels not to respond. Simply notice emotions. To be fully aware of the dream is to accept all control is beyond reach, to watch fear dissolve and surrender to what remains. Degrees of transformation unfold in living experience. One emerges in a state of heightened awareness.

However, by finishing the project, or by ending the Play, one is often left with an empty feeling. What about sensing the moral to the story? As the mind takes us on the journey to its finishing point, we can open up to the ride its self, like feeling sensational while catching a wave on a surf board. It is the journey to the outcome that brings us back to having an in-come. One becomes rich with experience.
Through awareness of what is actually in the mind and where it came from, one can modify or release its contents so that one can direct one's experiences with specific attention. However, as implied, doing is a concept which is one means of gratifying one's desires. The trick comes to feeling what one is doing as they are fulfilling their dreams. Doing then vanishes and one is then left with merging fully with the scene and the environment that we are reflecting upon. This opens up multi-dimensional doors of vertical experience. It is more akin to playing chess on multiple levels, instead of a horizontally based playing board.
Scientists say the mind is responsible for thoughts and feelings, faculties of logic and reason, and prompting of the physical body. On other levels, the mind's sheer complexity is beyond explanation.
Beyond belief, perception and words, the mind and senses function based on the existence of soul. Alone, they are lifeless. Everything expands from the conscious creation and intelligence of soul.
Inner knowing reveals mind separates one from the God source or pure soul consciousness. Further awakening triggers remembering one does not have soul consciousness. The essence of being is Soul.
