5 Ways to expand your reality

Many people perceive their own identities in ways that make them sceptical of an expanded reality. You may currently focus on a day-to-day experiences you create and use to define a reality.  Yet, you selectively forget reality is not so limited.

Ask yourself why you feel more comfortable with a limited perception of reality. What prompts you to settle into a given routine, to expect certain behaviours from yourself and others? How about when part of you echos there must be more to reality than what you are taught to anticipate? What then?

Consider 5 revelations to expand your sense of reality;

1) Conditioning makes it hard for people to grasp invisible truth can be just as profound, effective and far-reaching as what the 5 familiar senses register as the visible truth.

2) Physical and spiritual dimensions have guiding systems of laws which are separate yet, interdependent. You are invited to respect difference and to celebrate varied levels of existence.

3) Each person creates a support system of beliefs that undermines innate ability to self-heal and expand. Universal energy forces shift based on unseen vibration and intent.

4) People are reluctant to take responsibility for the illusions they create. Buddha contends that life in the physical world is all illusion. Leaving the physical body is possible to prove it.

5) To recognize you shift perception changes everything.  You empower the self with conscious and unconscious choices.  This enables you to alter how you think, feel and experience.

Hi Liara,

I think number 4 is especially important. We have to take responsibility for everything we do. Illusions can get us in trouble and make us believe in concepts that are unhealthy.

Alexys, every human being develops an understanding of which thoughts and behaviours are healthy and unhealthy. This is an example of choosing to judge. As a person chooses to sense meaning in every experience, then this demonstrates the ability to detach from judgment. Nothing is ever good or bad, but simply experience. You add the labels. You create reality based on lessons you choose. Everything can be viewed as healthy, meaningful and contributing to ongoing, inner expansion. People often forget this process is not about individuals but accumulating collective knowledge in the form of energy or formless vibrations. Everyone benefits at the Source.

Hilary, to choose to read this post and self-reflect means you are already taking a quantum leap of faith. Stepping outside a conscious comfort zone as you do awakens dormant courage and skills you had temporarily forgotten. You begin to remember at your own pace.

We are limitless beings with a limited understanding and view of who we truly are.

Mark, you can also choose to view self-understanding as being in perpetual motion. You decide whether this is ongoing expansion, shrinkage or other directions.
