5 Ways to help free the mind control
In order to make you believe who you are and convince you that you are limited, forces around you exert effort to confuse your self knowing and regress your core understanding. You need not remain ignorant and accept everything you are told without question. Other choices exist. You also have free will.
You can awaken to how you exist inside a shifting hologram of the universal mind. If you choose, you may consult teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Andrija Puhariach , Carl Sagan Dr. Phil Valentine and others. As Einstein reminds us, 'no problem can be solved frm the same level of consciousness that creates it.'
The Matrix concept and movie draw people's attention to different ways they are being controlled without their conscious awareness. As you grow more aware, you are in a position to transform everything you experience. Consider 5 ways to loosen mind control being exerted on you now;
1) Pay attention to what you eat & drink. You receive messages of what is nutritious, good for the body or not. What you eat and drink influences the density of and flexibility of your entire being. Eating habits reflect values, belief systems and result from conditioning. Are you aware what you consume affects your blood and energy vibration? What you eat reflects how you feel and how people tell you to feel.
2) Recognize the body shares valuable messages. How you feel not only relates to what you eat or not. Your mental and physical state draws attention to your blood composition. This relates to genetics, the quality of air you breathe and substances you ingest. Blood absorbs light energy and refracts it into how you sense consciousness. What you ingest helps or hinders your absorption of light energy and well-being.
3) Be aware you are a being of light. The sun dispenses consciousness in vectors of light. You take in light energy at specific frequences and valences. How your blood is constituted determines what kind of light you absorb from Source. The stars you see are only lattices or relay stations of light. Intent, purpose and other genetic instructions are relayed via light consciousness. As you expand, you sense and absorb different kinds of light.
4) Be alert to the possibility of memory distortion. This is time manipulation perception. Consider the idea of frequency disturbance. Every moment, you are conditioned to filter experience. If you are not careful, this contributes to displaced consciousness. Rather than permit others slow down your ability to create a memory, you can attune to how energetic changes enable you to speed it up, Why not transcend time and electonic interference altogether?
5) Recognize the power of genetics. External forces may seem to take steps to maintain the ceiling of collective ignorance. Talk of genetics need not focus the mind on biological manipulation. You can also attune to the New species emerging within you. Thanks for the pointers.
Media and other external conditioning tell you what is good and bad for you. Messages change. As you realize the real you is not the physical body, you begin to sense a more holistic or complete feeling based on opening up to aspects of yourself you have not been conditioned to notice. Whether you choose to listen to what people tell you or listen to your inner self affects your perspective, awareness and alignment of body-mind and spirit.
The media loves to use scare tactics. Remember the baby bottle scare? The plastic shower curtain scare? Up here in Canada there was talk of contaminated H1N1 flu vaccine. Nobody wanted to be vaccinated. Then the "cursed vaccine scare" changed to "healthy people are dying of the swine flu, so the vaccine, whether contaminated or not is the lesser of two evils". Now there are overwhelmingly long line-ups to be vaccinated. So the media had to address this issue and decided to stop publishing any more articles in the papers on the H1N1 flu. The long line-ups shortened to acceptable levels.
Remember when butter was BAD for you. Eggs were BAD too - full of cholesterol? Now butter is natural and eggs are GOOD for you. Coffee and chocolate are either bad or good, depending on who you talk to. When will it end??? Probably never.
