What is the journey?

There is no beginning, there is no end,

There is only change.

There is no teacher, there is no student,

There is only remembering.

There is no good, there is no evil,

There is only expression.

There is no union, there is no sharing,

There is only one.

There is no joy, there is no sadness,

There is only love.

There is no greater, there is no lesser,

There is only balance.

There is no stasis, there is no entropy,

There is only motion.

There is no wakefulness, there is no sleep,

There is only being.

There is no limit, there is no chance,

There is only a plan.

How an old man waited for death

In honour of an upcoming family reunion in Estonia, this week will refer to sample Estonian folk tales;

There was once a farmer who had many children. Time passed and his sons and daughters were all married, and the oldest son and his wife waited for him to give them his farm. But the old man was still strong and had no wish to give up farming.

Still, he did have thoughts of death and knew that sooner or later the farm would pass into his son's hands.

So off he went to see a sage and learn from him how many years of life were left to him.

The sage looked at the old man and said :

"You'll know your death has come when you have sneezed three times."

Much saddened, the old man went off home. On he walked and all he thought about was how to keep from sneezing.

He had only just come into his own front yard ,when he suddenly felt a tickling in his nose and gave a great sneeze!

"O Heavens me, I've only two more sneezes left! " sighed the old man.

On the following day he went to the mill to grind grain. The dust there got into his nose and he sneezed again.

"There is nothing to be done! " sighed the old man. "I have one last sneeze left and then my end will come."

And out he ran from the mill so as not to sneeze for the third and last time. But the flour was ready and had to be taken away. So back he came inside again, threw the sack of flour over his shoulder and made for the door.

By that time his nose was full of dust and the old man felt that he was going to sneeze. He tried not to but could not stop himself.

"A-tishoo! " went he.

"O Heavens me, here am I dead! " sighed the old man, and, dropping his sack, stretched himself out on the ground.

Seeing the sack of flour, the miller's hogs came running up and began tearing at it.

The old man looked at them and sighed.

"You villains you! " thought he. "Were I alive I'd have shown you, but what can a dead man do! "

Just then the miller came out into the yard. What was his surprise when he saw the hogs tearing at the sack of flour while its owner lay there and did nothing.

"What are you doing? " asked he.

Said the old man in reply:

"Why, just lying here, of course! What else can I do now that I'm dead? Were I alive I'd have driven off your hogs. Do me a favour, will you, and drive them off for me."

The miller was more surprised than ever.

"Oh, so you're dead! " said he. "How very sad that is."

He took a whip and began flogging the hogs and he sent the whip flying over the old man's back, too.

Up jumped the old man from the ground.

"Thank you for bringing me back to life," said he. "If it weren't for you I'd be dead still."

With this he heaved the sack of flour on to a wagon and drove home. And he won't hear about dying to this day!

Stop staring at the tea kettle

On many occasions, people look at their watches and find other ways to make it seem as though what they want to happen is taking longer thanthey think itshould. Everyone is very familiar with signs of impatience.  Each one is a reminder from Higher Forces you are not as patient as you could be.

A classic example is what many people do while waiting for the tea kettle to boil. Staring at it does not hasten the passage of time. In fact, watching it intently seems to make time move slower. You may have thought it takes forever to do some things. Exceptions include whenyou are sitting in traffic and believe you must be somewhere, or the time is running out during a test and you are not finished. What is it with that?

Fear is the common denominator for perceived trouble.  Worry seems to push time to move faster. Anxiety almost seems to invite time to run away from you. Imagination is overworked. Yet, if you focus on loving who and where you are, this helps you realize you do what you do at precisely the right time.

The fundamental question is, can you control time? If you choose to reclaim your authentic power, then you realize you have choices in the matter. Consider these five points;

1)You decide whether time exists and how you permit it to guide, control or dominate you.

2)You accept ego beliefs and values unless you learn mental discipline, choose to reject and transcend them.

2) You control how you respond or not to all perceived conditions and selectively decide what does not matter.

3) Your thoughts and feelings create energy vibration. This affects events whether you take responsibility for self or not.

4) If you dwell on what has not worked, hindsight does not serve you. Turning inward empowers you to focus on who you think you were or revelations about who you truly are.

5) You have the power to view time as what you want or not. Shift focus and reframe conditions as blessings in disguise.

Share the greatest known of all

Submitted for analysis by Anonymous in Eastern Canada.

Dream- I encountered a spirit in a hooded cloak without a visible face. This entity held a young child in its arms and held it out to me. I realized I was floating. I sensed I was able to communicate with this child through her blue eyes and mind. Igained insight into love through a light that surrounded us.I took the child and held her hand. We floated upward. I lifted her up to golden rings. She went on alone. I awoke in bed.

Interpretation- You convince yourself fear is real until you realize you can expand your choices. Every experience is part of a process of working though your own memory layers. This is necessary to re-establish core health and well-being. As you reach out to sources of wisdom in waking life, you stop hiding. Everything you need now is actually very accessible.

Night time dream experience sometimes involves encounters with deceased loved ones. When you think of a person who has passed over, that thought energy can create a connecton with the spirit world. The astral and other dream planes are places where spirit can connect. The core requirement is your belief in what is possible and knowing mindis reasonably receptive.

Lucid andastral dreaming include floating experiences. During out-of-body experiences (OBE), a dreamer realizes it is possible to detach from Earth-based beliefs and negative feelings that form dense energy and contribute tofatigue. The result is an indescribable freedom and the discovery that you create your own limits in thought, word and action.

Learning to love the yourself more unconditionally in waking life empowers you to explore the time and space continuum in dream realms more freely.  You gain insight into a wider spectrum of being. Some human beings also attune to core energy at levels where they learn to control and switch their energy vibration. This nurtures capacity to help earth beings during their spirit or soul transition. Love is all there is.

6 Steps to re-orient in the now

As you choose what to do with the information you are given and conditioned urges to react inside, consider these points;

1) Confused perception blocks what you already know.

2) Illusions serve a purpose the mind conceives.

3) Temptation to feel like a victim is easily overcome.

4) Miracles occur as cause and consequences align.

5) Love heals and replaces all apparent injustice.

6) Forgiveness is not real unless it brings healing to all.
