Which messages are you sending?

How you choose to live sends messages back to yourself about what works and what doesn’t. As you become more discerning of your thoughts and feelings, you gain a sense of what serves you and what doesn’t.  How to accept what you have come to know as your truth?

If you question ideas part of you believes are true, this essentially means you question your senses, your beliefs, your underlying faith. Why nurture doubt? Could it be messages you interpret within appear incomplete?

If you do not see or experience something you truly desire immediately, this doesn’t mean the opportunity doesn’t exist. This doesn’t mean you haven’t yet imagined a way to achieve your dreams.  You may simply be unaware you have already created what you want. It’s an issue of selective perception. You may be situated in a mindset that doesn’t permit you to “see.” Will you expand your senses?

It’s always possible to choose to experience life differently. You are surrounded by examples of human beings who think as you do as well as those who don’t. How and what exactly do you learn from them?

Why would you choose to ignore those individuals who have transcended narrow perspectives of human experience? What you consciously accept about time and space may differ greatly from what you truly believe at a deeper part of your soul.

No matter what happens, you are always your own messenger. You create the message you desire to receive. You put it in a form that you are willing to understand. You devise and deliver the message as carrier and receiver. How you imagine and project ideas shapes your life.

In essence, you recreate the choices and attitudes that define you. Every action you take enables you to further clarify your identity in your conscious mind. Where you are and what you are doing are intricately related to who you are. You have never lost your memory. You simple reshape your view of elements in the big picture in order to grasp your place in it.

This isn't an endless search for someting out of reach.  You alter the frequency of your life by what you are thinking.  Thought is your path.  The fog will dissipate as you realize you experience your authentic self by exploring your behavior in the same place you never leave.  You choose how your environment vibrates, the speed, pattern and more.

5 Signposts to re-orient your journey

As you progress along your life journey, it can be helpful to refer periodically to signposts, that is, ideas to ground or re-orient your experiences to keep you on tack.  Its possible for your thoughts and feelings to evolve in ways that do not serve you.  As you step back from whatever you are doing or thinking, ask yourself the impact of these points;

1) No road you take is better than any other. You may have heard the phrase, "all roads lead to Rome."   Regardless of you choices of work, relationships, thoughts, feelings, leisure or other endeavours, your destination is the same. How you get there and how long it takes will vary, based on your free will and whether you choose to make things more complicated than they are.  Recognize that your assessment of 'better' is a judgment and judgment is something you are learning to dissolve completely.

2) Every choice you make is a blessing.  Your choices are ways you aim to rescue yourself from your own ignorance.  You may repeat the same choices, find yourself in similar relationships or circumstances that caused pain before. Yet, this time, to arrive in the same conditions may only to find something you could've sworn wasn't there before.  You may have been looking past or overlooking precisely what you were seeking. As you raise self-awareness, you view things differently.  You value every experience for intrinsic worth.

3) You do nothing against your will.  You are the cause of all your experiences.  Whether you choose to take responsibility for your thoughts and feelings is another matter.  As you learn to discern the meaning behind what you think and say, you begin to realize each experience is an effort you exert to reinforce what you already know.  Although you may listen to your conditioned mind or your heart, each one offers a perspective with regard to the soul.

4) Its impossible to be a victim.  As you create your life, you decide at what levels you desire to become more conscious and aware.  You also decide whether you will choose to live in denial or disregard your infinite, inner power. To be in charge of your life reveals you can't be a victim of your own thoughts. Although your conscious, subconscious and supraconscious levels of awareness fragment themselves from a whole at your birth, you are constantly teaching yourself lessons at levels you choose to accept or disregard.

5) More is going on than you readily see.  What would you say if all experiences, all possibilities, exist at all times.  Every instant, you are choosing the possibility that resonates most with you.  These experiences you note or recall are unfolding with other choices simultaneously, on levels of energy and vibration you may not see or even imagine. That's okay. You don't have to see it t believe it.

5 Steps to reconnect with truth in Nature

What you perceive as the truth in your life may evoke discomfort.  To immerse yourself in Nature is a means of reconnecting with the inspiring and comforting side of the truth.

Outdoor enviroments are full of signs and tools to help you heal.  The perceived passage of time may distract you from what is available.  Its not only herbs and plants that contain healing properties.  Your senses offer clues.  Consider what you have in common;

1) Much like Nature, you learn, heal and change step-by-step.

2) Much like Nature, every season has a place in your life.

3) Much like Nature, to honor your fellow creatures produces meaning and value.

4)  Much like Nature, resilience is nurtured as you learn to weather storms.

5) Much like Nature, you have innate power to experience freedom.

What if "nowhere" is actually somewhere meaningful?

How quick human beings can assume they are getting "nowhere." This hypothetical place often evokes negative feelings of impatience, frustration and confusion.  How did you get there? The imagined discomfort you feel pushes you to ask when you will leave.  Hmm...

What if "nowhere" is actually somewhere meaningful? What if you are where you are and you feel as you do for good reason you haven't figured out yet?  Each of us has choices to move through life more or less aware.  You might ask, "but, aware of what exactly?"

You may not realize that you frequently make different kinds of decisions at different levels.  You are only consciously aware of some of these choices, and even fewer of the implications.  Each choice can lead to more than one outcome.  If you're unaware of certain undesirable implications, then this prevents you from making another choice.

As you evolve to listen to parts of your authentic self, then all of your decisions concerning mind, body and spirit will come easily.  You will recognize joy and blessings in whatever outcome you focus on.  This is natural if the highest choices aren't doubted.

Another way of viewing this is to sense unwavering faith enables you to transcend ego.  Of course, what makes sense in your logical mind doesn't necessarily resonate with soul. You grant your own choices by creating the life you lead.  You are always nowhere and you are always somewhere, based on your process of creation that has mixed results.

In a nutshell, your perception of where you are in space grows from how much attention you give intuition, emotion and rational thought.  Your sense of who and where you are is a combination many levels you acknowledge or disregard.  Every area of your perception is grounded in the polarity of love and fear.  You associate nowhere with fear and somewhere with love.  Since fear is an outgrowth of love, even when you have the illusion of being nowehere, you love and ground yourself somewhere, even if it defies words.

5 Lessons from my own life experience

We each have a series of life stories that help us explain why we are who we are.  We think, make choices, feel and interpret everything that happens within and around us.  I invite you to share your lessons about personal success. Here are 5 lessons from my life:

1) Those people who seem to cause you the most discomfort offer your greatest lessons.

2) Anything that evokes our judgment reveals the source of our fear-based emotions.

3) Beliefs are as as you choose. (Duality--good/bad; right/wrong, doesn't really exist).

4) To accept the truth of our perception means accepting responsibility as co-creator.

5) Views at a given moment stem from insight into love, forgiveness & self-acceptance.
