As my sense of inner happiness is unconditional and unchanging, my approach to this meme is to highlight how I reinforce what I already know. These aren't things I do intermittently in hopes of seeking happiness. What I do each day doesn't change this joy.
For me, joy is a constant, uplifting state. If you choose to explore this perspective, you might consider these 10 strategies for rediscovering what joy you have always had:
1) Choose to hold specifically high vibrating thoughts to attract better experiences.
2) Devote time to your passion for creating.
3) Realize you can be happy for no identifiable reason.
4) Visualize something you can accept as a real possibility.
5) Allow 'doing' to spring from your essence rather than assume 'doing' will lead you to it.
6) Imagine peaceful resolutions to sources of conflict.
7) Expect complete heath, spiritual-connectedness, meaningful interactions.
8) Recognize you can't arrive at happiness via physical action when its a mental choice.
9) Sense you come from happiness and be aware of the causes and effects of thoughts.
10) Learn to just "be" in the now.

Everthing you have ever thought, said or done in this life and past lives is recorded in the akasha (universal filing system). Some people learn to access their own akashic records while in certain heightened states of consciousness. Such states can be induced by stages of sleep, weakness, illness, drugs, and meditation, So, not only mystics and clairvoyants, but ordinary people can and do perceive the akashic records. Your underlying motivation to access the records influences whether you get there. Its part of the process of learning to read, understand and transcend your current physical self.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
FYI the meat of those animals and reptile are delicacies for the natives here, but then the meat is not for sale.
I've found this one really remarkable in recent years. It's possible to have moments even of some joy in conditions that are quite advanced medically and accompanied by high physical pain. Like light shining just because light shines. No more complicated than that.
Also loved #5. That is a stellar truth. Good for you! Such good, good, writing here...but it's not just the writing. What it really is...is the heart it comes from. Bless you,
