Supposing a spirit appeared to you?
People will sometimes awaken during the night and catch a glimpse of something hazy at the foot of their bed. In dazed bewilderment, people often assume they are dreaming, turn over, and forget about it. Yet, what if what you sense in the middle of the night is more than a gleam of light in the darkness? Supposing a spirit appeared to you?
You could choose to view this as a test of your senses, your sanity, and your sense of humour. You could interpret the experience as offering you valuable knowledge of who you are, what you are doing here, and why you are being asked to recognize energy in a different form. Would this prompt you to take leave of your rational mind?
It is common to confinethe mind to logical explanations, like, 'I must be hallucinating,'or 'I must have had a few too many last night,' or, 'my imagination is working overtime.' Yet, pause for a moment, to recognize that phenomena communcate with you in ways you do not expect. Energy makes efforts to get through to you. Have you sensed it?
Think seriously about what you would like to say to spirit that appears. You may get the chance sooner than you think. When you are ready to listen, and your senses are receptive, energy responds. You can choose to dream, choose to awaken within your dreams or, transcend boundaries. Share a memorable experience and what you gain.

I just watched a horror film marathon and the whole theme of the films were exactly what you are talking about.
If I saw a spirit, I would ask him/her what they were doing and how could I help them? Sometimes spirits are lost and they are looking for a way home.
May the spirit be with you.
How interesting, that our mind lets us see so much more of the spirit world when/while we are vulnerable :)
Take note of these words by writer Anatole France, "To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but we must also dream; and not only must we dream, but we must plan, and not only must we plan, but we must believe."
If I had a choice I would love to have an experience with a spirit I know - like my grandma. But that probably is just me speaking from a comfort with familiarity.
