Expand your perspective

Each day offers new opportunities to learn more about the power of positive thinking in your own life. You may underestimate what it can do to support you in reaching new goals.  You can do more than simply observe changes in yourself.  You can become an active participant and act to transform your visions and hopes into your new reality.

As you decide to acknowledge the power you exert in this moment, you will experience a rush of positive energy.  What does this mean?  It means you begin to make the connection between believing in yourself and realizing you are expanding your vison of what is possible. How you think determines what you experience.  Make the connection.

Imagine how your life will unfold as you grasp you can create and release limits your own limits.  Decide to unleash different kinds of perspectives.  Consider the benefits of taking the following steps:

1) Prepare your mind.   Learn to quiet your mind.  It makes sense to re-evaluate what you think would be good for you at this time in your life.  Whatever you have done before suited who you used to be, but it may no longer be relevant to how you see yourself.  Preparing mentally for positive change is like getting ready to expect and experience it.

2) Release control of damaging thoughts.  From the moment you choose to let go of the limits you define and perceive, the boundaries you set, and the restrictions you assume about what is and isn't possible, you begin to build a new perspective.   As you let go of worries and concerns, your view of potential expands.

3) Surround yourself with positive mentors.  Choose relationships that uplift your spirit.  Encourage yourself to challenge what you think you know.  Seek people who are more experienced or knowledgable than you are in areas of your interests.  Your sense of self evolves based on the energy vibrations, attitudes and behaviors in your midst.

Hi Rainer.
To begin to recognize and remove mental barriers and protective walls we construct around our minds is like tasting the feeling of rebirth again, as if for the first time.

These are all important tips! I think number 3 is one of the most overlooked. Surrounding yourself with positive mentors and thinkers is one of the keys to helping ones self grow. We are often victim to the negative energy of other people. Setting up a brain trust or a spirit trust of other people is very powerful.

Mark, what you say is very often true. It can be a relief to realize that tools to assist us are never far away. All we need to do is learn to open our senses and our minds.

The new blue background is beautiful, Liara ! Feels very good and healing and happy, all at the same time...

Number 2 is the big one for me. All good follows from that :)

Hi Loving Annie.
Glad you like the positive feelings evoked by the water and fish that jumps for joy. Its great to realize expanding your senses and your life can begin with discarding what you discern you no longer need. Positive change and how you transform all begins within.
