Re-align your energy field

Who doesn’t dream of being more true to oneself? Its not as hard as you might think. The law of attraction reminds us that we can intuit a lot about ourselves from our feelings.  We can learn to read them more accurately.  Each one is a sign of something acceptable or unacceptable to you.

How we react to people and situations, whether we're confrontational or more reclusive, or whether you feel indifferent, are all helpful.  It’s like a health gauge and also a soul gauge. How well you know yourself influences how fulfilling your life choices will be. The good thing is, if things don’t feel right, something else will.  You simply need to figure out what that would be.

1) What is your baseline?   Identify your typical temperament. Are you usually moody? Angry?Enthusiastic? Lethargic? Sad? Frustrated? List those feelings that you experience regularly. What do they tell you about your state of mind and expectations? Your feelings reflect your true self. How you react to events that unfold are clues to your identity and what enables you to feel good about yourself. Positive feelings are like a push in directions that work for you. Negative feelings suggest the opposite.  Which feelings do you listen to? Which ones do you ignore? 

2) Why would you like to evolve?   You may decide it’s desirable to change somehow. Why would this be? If you’re not feeling completely comfortable where you are in your life, then realize you have options.  Reassure yourself to believe you can tap into sources of energy. Understand reasons for fear and discomfort.  To sense imbalance is a step toward re-aligning. 

3) Which ways can you visualize? If you desire to feel differently than you do now, visualize which feelings you would like to experience. List those feelings you would like to become your reality. Call it your ideal, yet make it realizable. What life choices could assist you to expeirence these feelings? Utilize all of your senses. Imagine.  Write it down. Describe it. Hear it. See it. Evolve into it. What sorts of things will you do to realize these desirable feelings? What choices will you make to eliminate the feelings? In general, pursuing those things that motivate and uplift you will lead you to realize passions.  Focus on them, and you'll find a sense of balance.
