Liara Covert in Dream Analysis of the Week

Analysis of dream submitted by Anonymous in Melbourne, Australia.

Dream- Someone familiar was in jail. I was permitted to visit.  At my first visit, I saw the jailer and brought a handful of candy on a white tissue on my hand.  I sensed the person behind bars didn't feel he should be there.  At my second visit, a spirit appeared in front of me and passed me folding scissors.  He opened them, closed them, gave them to me and disappeared.  I took them to the confined man.  He became less disheartened, severed something attached to himself, and exited his cell door. The jailer showed no resistence.

Predomiant Emotions- wounded, helpless, sadness, fear, hesitant, yet, encouraged

Interpretation- You restrain yourself with misguided beliefs.  It may relate to something you want, but fear you won't get or don't deserve.  Its up to you to examine and negate each excuse.  You may find it useful to visualize each excuse as a physical obstacle blocking your path.  Visualize surpassing every hurdle to open your mental thought cage.

This dream invites you to raise awareness and sharpen discernment.  In other words, identify which thoughts inspire and motivate you as well as those that bring you down.  As you arrive at the point where you have unwavering faith in yourself, doubt dissolves and doors of opportunity open to you. The more decisions you make that strengthen your energy and self-respect, the more you will experience real freedom and happiness.

Imagine what it will require for you to nurture faith based on love and not fear.  You create dreams to rationalize what you have been taught and what you assume you know.  Some of your dreams are self-restricting, due to mindsets you create.  You have choices about how to exspend energy. You don't have to choose to be a prisoner of your emotions.  Draining emotions echo fear.  Thoughts that energize you stem from love.
