Liara Covert holds a Ph.D. from Le Centre Diplomatiques et Stratégiques (CEDS), a branch of l’École des Hautes Études Internationales (EHEI) in Paris, France. She is alumnus of McGill (Canada), The Sorbonne (France), Oxford (U.K.) and ISU (France).
Her perspectives have been enriched and expanded by experiences in more than 55 countries. As a 'woman of the world,' she has also come to value unconventional training that covers diverse areas in the esoteric arts.
