10 Things to reflect on about Love

Here are 10 Things to reflect on about Love:

1. Each person is a unique expression of Love

From this view, love is not an action, not a commodity that we give or trade. We cannot leverage this kind of love, barter or exchange it as currency. We cannot brag about having more or less Love than another being because the Love we are is incomparable.

2. True Love is sometimes misunderstood as affection and attachment

As we feel our way into this kind of Love, we can no longer view it as an external factor or affected by external events or actions.  Whenever we view love as external, we encounter conflict with external conditions.

3. Love can mean letting go of attachments

This is an invitation to let go of the conditioning that objects and affection are scarce so we are taught to cling to what we have. In clinging to our preferred people, objects and experiences, we overlook examples of the infinite within and around us.

4.  Love is about releasing fear and hatred through forgiveness

This is a reminder that as we recognize our enemy's potential for Love, we connect with this individual's heart centre and hostility loses power.  As we awaken to relationships as a mirror, we can also begin to see that what we choose to resistor judge in others is what we resist loving fully about ourselves.

5. Sometimes Love may require you to accept nothing exists for you to do

A higher level of understanding of Love imply embracing the pwoer of wholeness, which is all-inclusive.  This involves a 'leap of faith' or trust consciousness.  This said, different degrees of understanding are all valid.  Some people need to be taught how to survive or helped in some way. Thus, Love can be an expression fo empathy and compassion also.

6. Silence can be the greatest expression of Love

Inner wisdom reminds us that infinite wholeness is the Source energy that commands life, shatters it and rebuilds it according to universal laws. To be an observer allows us to tune into the power of synchronicity, to sense separation from creation is illusion. This gives us broader understanding and we grow conscious of the nature of Love as immortality.

7. You are an extension of the Creator not a created 'Thing'

This is a reminder about the illusion of separation we are taught to imagine in the mind.  When we accept that we are simply a droplet in the cosmic ocean, we know the creator makes no mistakes and we are simply a smaller version of Source Energy.

7 Tips to achieve individual potential

Everyone has the innate capacity to realize individual potential. This can include transcendent moments of joy or peak experiences, in the many unique ways they take shape. While prolonging pleasure and minimizing pain may strongly appeal, the path to clarify and live more consistently in a state of joy is not always straight forward for everyone.  Consider these 7 tips;

1.  See everything as a teacher

Being open is about being attentive, recognizing every situation and encounter is a teacher that offers lessons to help us evolve into more of our unrecognized potential.  The process of growing and developing as a person is different for each of us.   The desire for self- growth arises as physiological needs are met, as basic safety and security are covered, and we sense something more  exists to life.

2. Uncover Talents 

Sometimes teachers, parents, colleagues and your nearest and dearest point your talents out to you.  Even strangers may share their observations and encourage you to move in certain directions. Often you naturally take steps to develop strengths and see where this guides you.  Putting talents to practice shows you what you are made of! 

3. Listen to the heart

The more you listen to your heart, the more you act from a place of love rather than a place of fear.  Acting from a place of love allows you to tune in and act on intuition and notice synchronicities. more of your potential to blossom. Your choices echo what you feel inside. 

3. Identify fears

Part of the human experience involves growing aware of your fears and why they arise. Fears and unconscious shadows are self-limiting.  So long as you do not place yourself or anyone else in harm's way, the best course of action involves facing your fears so you stop believing they define and constrain you.

4. Be unconcerned by external opinion 

Working through what holds you back is about reaching a place where you are unaffected by what people think or say about you. You are no longer motivated by how many likes or followers you get or do not get on social media.  This is about beginning to view yourself as your own authority. It requires you love yourself on a whole new level.

5. Live in integrity

Living in integrity is about being honest with yourself, being impeccable with your word. Taking personal responsibility for how you think and feel and knowing you may not control everything that happens but, you control how you respond.  You decide if you allow emotions and moods to control you or not.

6. Trust in yourself

Trust that your urges to make choices have perfect timing. You may feel inclined to change professional  course or change your entourage.  Whatever changes you feel ready to embrace, they relate to feelings, gut instincts, that are guiding you to let go of what you outgrow and evolve into more untapped potential.  This may involve a shift inside, a changing sense of prioirities, the 

7. Surrender

Let your life shine. Believe in yourself and let go. Tune into the light inside you.  Surrender to those dreams that you feel your way into right now. Step back for a moment. What happens as it hits that your innate potential is not fixed in time or space.  Your limtis are shaped by your beliefs and your level of confidence.

3 keys to feel more joy

Many people seek more joy, wish to create it in the external world.  You may desire stronger or more intimate relationships, more reasons to feel happier more often. How to make this happen?

1.  Stop forcing the issue

It is always helpful to focus attention on activities that evoke joy, make you feel good. Yet allowing more joy into your life is not about what you have to do, but what it is helpful to stop doing. It is about raising awareness of where you interfere, prevent joyful experiences from happening, get in your own way.  When you wish to force something, you tense up and can no longer allow what is natural to happen by itself.

2. Get beyond the analytical mind

When you stop thinking about something, you stop attempting to control.  When the thinking mind is quieted, it moves into alpha or theta brain wave states, and this opens the doorway between the conscious and unconscious mind.  The autonomic nervious system then grows more receptive to natural, high-vibrational information.

3.  Feel the way here

By raising our energy though feelings and elevated emotions, we become less matter and more energy, less particle and more wave.  We flow with and as, the energy that is everything.  The bigger the field we can create with these energies ( as awareness and consciousness), the more the uplifting energy flowing through us is felt and reflected back in the world around us.

The genius of adaptive strategies

When you feel that something is not working on your terms or timeline, you may feel frustrated.  Its moments such as these where it pays to reframe events and recognize the genius of your brain's adaptive strategies. Yes! You are a true genius!

In order to gow aware of and accept your own sheer brilliance, it is  valuable to shift focus from negative energy and discomfort to grow aware of what is really going on.   Ever wonder what the signs and signals of your body-mind are saying? Ready to decode them?

Consider the examples of; anger, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, drug addiction, rashes, and self destructive behaviours and dysfunctional relationships.  Every human being is wired for survival.  The ego exists to self-protect.  This is what the body and mind are up to as you repress, suppress and dissociate from what troubles you. Its part of the strategy.

When ready, you can retrain your brain, your mind as well as your palette for life just as you can shift which foods and flavours appeal to you. It takes time to be attracted to and enjoy foods, behaviours and experiences of what is natural and good without self-judgement. Get ready to embrace a whole new way of existing.  Invite a new level of satisfaction.

From the moment you understand why you do the things you do, you are empowered  to make positive and lasting change.  This applies to not only how you view yourself, but also how you interact in the world.  As you let go and stop wanting things so badly, it seems miraculous yet suddenly, what you need comes to you without effort. Insight to ponder: what does surrender look and feel like in your life? What could it look like as you embrace it more fully?

5 Tips to shake you up 

Perhaps you have heard people set the intention to find a parking spot nearby their destination. What about yourself? Do you always get that space, even visualize it before it comes into sight? Do you regularly set intentions, and experience their power in action in real time?  If you do, are you satisfied with how things play out and how you feel?  If not, what are you waiting for?

1. Clarify what you want

Maybe you have a general idea of the partner you seek or begin to add detail for the ideal vision of where you wish to live, work or play? Only taking a moment to ponder general ideas is not enough energy to consciouslt shape your life.   Ever wonder why things seem to pass you by? What if you could add more detail to your vision, even polish it so you feel repeatedly energized and exhilarated about unfolding events?  What if writing things down makes a big difference?

2. Give yourself a deadline

This could be a goal of meeting or surpassing a monthly quota, structuring life changes or preparations based on an upcoming event such as a birth, wedding, divorce, retirement, or family move.  Whatever that point in time, working backwards from here can enable you to feel more relaxed and better organized for what is coming. The point is to get your butt in gear to act.

3. Adapt or extend the deadline as needed

Maybe you feel under the weather, unforseen obstacles crop up or you just do not feel motivated to carry out some of your original plans. Whatever the reason for diverging, the point is to be kind, gentle and understanding with yourself. The point of shaking yourself up can be to loosen up your own reigns.  If you sail, you know you have to adapt to changing weather. If you engage in interactive sport, you know the value of changing direction.

4. Rediscover the art of surrender

As much as you might like to think you can control everything, being shaken up is also about accepting what it is to set an intention and let go of attachment to the timing of results. Nurturing a vision and repeatedly focusing attention on it is also part of the art of not controlling what/when a vision comes through. What if you get a cream opal car instead of the white one? Can you accept the result the universe brings and know its the best option?

5. Keep your eyes on the prize

Come what may, you may not always get what you think you want but you always get what you need. Blessings are found in whatever arises. You may not get the meal you envisioned eating at a restaurant because its sold out.  Yet, as the result, you may be pleasantly surprised to discover what turns out to be perfect for your palette. Keeping an open mind changes everything.
