Tune into the best version of you

Physical existence is about tuning in and tuning out.  You tune into things when you focus attention on them and come to believe they are part of your reality. Something only becomes real when you believe in it, choose to visualize it and integrate it into your experience.  You tune out of things when you no longer focus attention and energy on them.

Step back and reflect on different areas of your life.  Notice what you tune into and out of at different stages. People seem to enter and exit your life based on what you tune into and also the vibration you give off.  You are drawn to or resonate with different kinds of people, life roles, conditions, geography, food, music and experiences.

As you raise awareness, you are honest with how you think and feel.  It is then easy to tune into the best version of you, to deliberately draw into your life exactly what resonates best right now. What no longer resonates falls away.  As lessons are learned, situations that present resolve themselves.  Know you create every facit of your reality.  You always get what soul needs to grow even if its not what ego wants.

Be awake to what matters

At any moment, you can wake up.  Any situation can awaken you.  Existence is an exercise where you create ways to feel more alive.  Being awake is feeling into knowing what matters.  Sometimes small life changes enable you to feel more awake, more present.  Even splashing water on the face can help.  How much sleep do you need to be awake to what matters?

To be awake is to recognize it was a dream that created the sense of distance between who you are and what you think you want.  Dreaming is the distance.  For dreaming to feel real, sleeping is necessary.  From the moment you are awake sleep disappears along with the world of dreams and the impulse to dream.

Being awake is being here now and accepting what you already are.  Awakening cannot be made a goal. All goals are dreaming like all achievements and pursuits to them are dreaming. He who is asleep cannot dream his way to enlightenment.  Whatever you imagine is not the same as being what you are already.

It is assumed that a process exists for everything and so process is dreamed into being.  It is imagined you must follow a path to reach a destination, take training to become qualified with a certain skill, literally travel from place to place, when the starting point and destination are the same. That is, you convince yourself you are less than you are in order to think you must earn the reward of a desired experience.   Being awake to what matters is accepting everything is instantaneous.

Similarly, it is often assumed a person moves through dreaming and waking states to wakefulness and then to that which has no name.  Everything but the last state takes you away from yourself. In reality, you do not go anywhere but life and experience looks different in the imagination.  You think you must lose yourself to become whole, do something to merit entry into paradise.  When you truly lose the self, your false identity or sense of separation from who you are,  you cannot come back to it and for desire and ego cease to exist.

Get this: Paradise is here now.  Being awake to what matters is knowing no-thing you think exists.  Yet, the point of it all is enjoying every step of the imagined journey, appreciating every experience, and loving everything you encounter along the way back to where you never leave.  Love is the answer.  All of existence points toward it and is it.

5 Ways to be more receptive to life

In a rapidly changing environment, there are things you can do to be more receptive to whatever unfolds in every area of your life.  Its easy.  Be open to these five points:

1) Trust in your capacity to adapt effectively to unknown

2) Shift attention from the horizontal flow of recycled information (that has you think you are separate) to be aware of a vertical flow of new wisdoms / insights (feelings of oneness with all)

3) Be willing to change your relationship with reality

4) Notice everything is a teacher (i.e., Nature, garden, children, strangers, all events).  As awareness grows, student -teacher roles are increasingly inter-changeable, and engage unseen energies more consciously to expand new ways of seeing.

5) Recognize letting go of old beliefs allows wider evolution, DNA repatterning, the chance for each person to be more transparent; uninhibited and free to interact directly with the Light of a New Consciousness. (i.e. be your own authority)

Feel the joy you always wanted

Conditioned states trigger you in everyday life until you recognize the nature of the subconscious mind.  As you grow increasingly conscious, the subconscious disappears and its clear it is illusion. Come to realize what is real. Once you come to feel it, you move beyond symbolism.  The inner child is simply a symbol of that part of you that wants to be loved.  The nature of being is love. Only as you discover what is not real, do you allow your real essence, pure feeling, to take over.  Live from this essence and recognize there is no-thing to know, no-thing to become.  Contentment and fulfillment are innate.  Accept you are perfect as you are.  Feel the joy ego mind tells you that you must strive for.  It is already here.  Joy is a core state.

4 questions to live more fully

Take each moment as it comes.  Live openly and honestly with wisdom and compassion. Being fully human is being open to recognizing and realizing innate potential.  Be open to exploring what the external world reveals to you right now. Ponder five questions to live more fully;

1) How can you see the world as it is, rather than through the filters of the mind?

2) How can you base your actions on Reality rather than on desire or fear?

3) How can you live such that you are in-tune with Reality rather than tuned out (& imbalanced)?

4) How can you see Reality for yourself (be awake)  rather than exist in muddy water?
