4 Benefits of seeing inside out

Seeing things from the inside out changes how we see ourselves and the world. The inner workings of the mind control how we behave until we grow conscious of the core beliefs and patterns that are running us.  Ponder 4 benefits to seeing things from the inside out;

1. Uncover the power of empathy

 Empathy is what makes us human.  It is the ability to get beyond our own repressed shame and judgement to understand another person’s situation from their perspective. As such, we grow able to place ourselves in someone else’s shoes and feel what they are feeling, see the mirror.   As we realize we are only ever angry at ourselves, and anger is no more than expression of hurt,  fear and frustration related to past events, we see through anger and heal so it no longer controls us.   

2. Expand self-awareness

As awareness expands, it hits there’s no past, no future, just neural pathways, which make us perceive this illusion we call time.  As we grasp this, we realize, that change is one paradigm shift or ah-ha moment  away. Blocked awareness skews our perception of things. Without self-awareness, we are controlled by unconscious patterns and outdated beliefs. Expanding self-awareness reveals why we make certain choices and frees us to make healthier choices. Growing self-aware is being open to the flow of happiness, and spontaneously being joyful.  

3.  Develop critical thinking

The ability to distinguish fact from opinion arises as we begin to recognize the value and lessons each emotion holds.  As we come to appreciate every emotion, we sense the appropriateness and timeliness of each.  We trust intuition more as we accept more of ourselves. We can laugh at our own disgust, feel goosebumps at our own anger and fear and see the underlying motives in everything we choose to feel. 

4. Deepen emotional intelligence 

Emotional intelligence arises within as we grow conscious of original reasons we experienced joy, sadness, disgust, anger and fear.  This involves understanding and managing emotions withotu being controlled by them. This shapes our social skills. Insight into emotions expands  at any point in life we are open to making the unconscious conscious and loving and forgiving ourselves as we let go of our own misperceptions.

When our emotional health is in a bad state, so is our level of self-esteem. We have to slow down and deal with what is troubling us, so that we can enjoy the simple joy of being happy and at peace with ourselves.

Everything works itself out

May people ask, 'what is wrong with this world?' Yet many you may not realize that forgetting the nature of your authentic self is the beginning of every misperception and misunderstanding.  From the moment you choose to allow love to flow through you more fully, you no longer feel compelled to judge what is going on outside yourself.  As you begin to see yourself as you are, suddenly the world around you seems to change. Everything is an extension of source energy which is you.  Reconnect with the love you are.  Appreciate that. Everything else works itself out.  Everything and nothing is a miracle. You feel the truth.  You know it as vibrating and eternal.

Melt the perceived distance

In the course of awakening, it grows apparent that it is helpful to melt the perceived distance between how you would like to feel and how you choose to feel now.  Take a step back from emotion.  Recognize why you imagine the distance between ego mind and multi-facited reality you choose to create and experience. 

To define identity, ego creates a sense of distance between you and the external world.   On the inner level, the gap is pure illusion.  This is an invitation to reflect on reasons for being, to see through your own misperception.  As you begin to realize no gap exists between you and the external world, you clear the inner dialogue and open to expanding experience. Shift conscious intention.  Be wide awake.  Accept it all.

The mirage is mind itself

People ask that if their sense of physical reality is only a projection of mind, then why are attitudes hard to change?  One perspective invites you to consider why you resist the unconditional love that comes easily.

To begin to discern nothing exists but the mind is a meaningful stage in raising awareness. Just as a blade cannot cut itself and a light cannot light itself, consciousness cannot perceive itself through the mind. A mirage is unaware of its essence. Notice where your misperception limits you.  Choose to allow expansion.

5 Advantages to listening to your vibes

 

As new waves of energy appear, you may regard them as new opportunities or experiences opening to you. This may shake you up. Yet, each time you make conscious changes that are attuned to your inner self, you also align with your Higher Self and its intentions. To be aligned with your core self and passions is to transcend fear and realize your goals more quickly. Why wouldn't you listen to your vibes?

Still, you may know people who avoid or reject shifts in thinking, at least in the beginning. Some people equate the prospect of change with life disruption or discomfort. These people feel unable to handle what this represents, and ignore sensations of higher energy. At any time, you can decide to listen more attentively to your inner messages and change as you see fit. Consider these five advantages;

1) Discover Higher-self loves unconditionally. To recognize the impact of love vibration is to sense paths to your greatest fulfillment. This brings increased clarity and harmony to areas of your life that will benefit from guidance and growth. It may impact jobs, your relations, and other conditions.  You transmute or rise above negative energy and really feel good in any situation.

2) Learn to see beyond misperception. Some people believe they must struggle or even surpass a pain threshold, before they listen to the soul. Transition to a higher frequency can be experienced through love and joy rather than suffering. Your fears may not intially disappear, but you'll evolve to stop reacting with fear. Instead, you'll confront the fear, choose to send love and discern the real message behind it.

3) Fine-tune your heightening sensibilities. Some people have already begun to explore ways to sharpen skills and awareness. You may be startled at the accuracy of your ESP and have more faith in your instincts. You may deepen meditation, channeling and telepathy. The more time you devote to listening to the signs, the more surrounding energy levels will become apparent. You'll begin to believe your potential for growth and expansion has no limits. You'll sense synchronicity takes on whole new significance. Your awareness will trigger revelations.

4) Connect with like-minded people. You may find your understanding of things orienting you to interact with different people. The desire to network, to share ideas and to contribute to raising the awareness of others, all emerge as priorities. If you allow it, direct experience guides you in ways that have a profound impact on your spiritual consciousness and life situations.

5) Evolve to a Higher consciousness. Your reality will change as you realize this life isn't about getting what you want as much as being certain you really want what you ask for. The sacred secrets of manifestation function according to energies of the Higher realms. Imagine the time may come when you exist on Higher planes and experience what you think about immediately. As you embark on this deeper quest, you will realize the power of light around you and within you gets stronger each day.
