5 Ways to Manifest Whole-heartedly

Notice real alchemy is not what is widely taught.Quantum physics echoes a particle can exist in multiple states simultanesouly. Yet, applying this practice is not always straightforward.  Consider 5 ways to manifest whole-heartedly:

1. Be a conscious observer

See deeper: A captivating dance of quantum mechanics and consciousness orchestrates the manifestation of our desires. Its about sharpening perception, tuning into particle physics in practice.

2. Recognize inner power

We grow as we receognize and amplify our quantum observations, to manifest based on our vision and vibrations.  The power is not external, not based on what we can become. (These are distractions) Its about recognizing and harnessing what is always here.

3.  See emotions as energy

In this moment, as we focus energy on a future vision, this brings it into our conscious experience faster.  The mind can envision on a timeline yet on an energetic level, everything is happening now.

4. Trust intuition & act 

Inspired action is guided by our intuition, the link that brings the vision from the quantum field into tangible reality. The pace is based on us and our ability to act consciously, in harmony with soul.

5. Master time, master self

The collapse of space-time happens as we dismantle our illusions, discipline the mind. Quantum manifesation occurs as one masters fear, emotions, shadows and allows wholeheartedly. Be here now.

Dream Analysis of the Week- French Pastry

Dream:

I was offered decadent french pastry by an alluring pastry chef. It was very pleasing to the eye and nose (physical senses). I resisted and was tempted to take a bite. I was on a suagr-free diet and knew taking such food would be detrimental to my health. I took a nibble of a small gluten free cupcake and spat it out immediately, knowing this was not good for me.  Found myself in bed beside pastry chef. Had my clothes on. He did not. I got out of the bed and took a tent that was on the floor.  The tent rose up, turned into a hot air balloon and levitated out the window.

Insight:

A chef is a symbol that reminds you that you have the ability and freedom to select your life path or direction.  Such an individual trained to understand flavors, cooking techniques, to create recipes from scratch with fresh ingredients, and have a high level of responsibility in a kitchen. This symbol echoes you are ready and in process of taking greater responsibility in the arenas of your own life. This chef symbol represents the progressive deepening of awareness of subtle senses and reclaiming sovereignty in life. 

Pastry can signify indulgence, pleasure and satisfaction.  This can indicate you are enjoying life to the fullest right now and the rewards it's bringing if you are in a comfortable financial, personal and professional position.  It can also imply that a period of decadence is coming to an end so you may expeirence something else.

Ask yourself whether are you indulging too much in your waking hours? The dream could be a warning to you that you need to cut back on something or eliminate it from your life before it's too late (you do irreparable damage). More literally, your food intake and quality might be an issue if you haven't been sustainging yourself with what is good for you

If, you do something that goes against your conditioned ethics or morals, you may have reached a point where these points of reference are up for review.

Tents are temporary homes that echo a free spirit. The hot air balloon implies you are rising above a situation that may evoke pain or discomfort. Hang in there!

Dream Analysis of the Week- Destruction Series

Dream Series:

In the first vivid dream, I see my husband abandoning me for someone else.  I feel the deepest pain.

In the second dream, i see from high above the great wave of water coming on the town. I think how to help when water is already flooding everything. My view is far higher than some high building/mountain looking down.

In the third dream, the vision of some kind of construct. On the both sides they were like flat Earth planes and than many planets on both sides and something in between.This middle space i cannot recall. 

Insight:

In a nutshell, the theme of separation is presented in examples on personal, planetary and cosmic levels.  At each level, the perspective is from a different level of the Sun- the inner sun or sacred heart, the cosmic sun and galactic sun.  At each level, resistance presents to change.   Moving through 5 key wounds (rejection, abandonment, humiliation, injustice, betrayal) and healing is the path to love, acceptance, wholeness. The god Shiva is to be united with Shakti.  Life or Earth re-balances or recalibrates. Peace arises at each level. 

The body-mind complex (pindanda) means microcosm while the word Brahmanda means macrocosm. We often hear the phrase, 'whatever is there in the microcosm is also there in the macrocosm'.

Another way of seeing here reminds us all humans have centres of energy also called Chakras. An Yogi can by mantra japa pierce these Chakras in the sushumna nadi inside his spine. The question is how does an Yogi benefit from piercing these Chakras. Well, turns out that these Chakras in the human body-mind complex (pindanda) have their correspondence in the cosmic Lokas or planes. As the Yogi ascends chakra by chakra, he passes through the corresponding Lokas. Sir John Woodroffe in his book, 'The Serpent Power', presents the following table that shows the correspondence:

• Muladhara Bhuvarloka
• Svadhisthana Svarloka
• Manipura Maharloka
• Anahata Janaloka
• Visuddhi TapalokaAjna Satya or Brahm
• aloka (One who attains to Sahasrara goes beyond all Lokas.)

Turns out, 'whatever is in the macrocosm is in the microcosm' is not seen as scientific truth. We are not made of dark matter or dark energy. What surprises a Yogi as he keeps piercing each chakra is that the human being is built similar to the plan of the universe or the cosmos. This is why the Yogi by leading his shakti to each Chakra can access the equivalent loka of the 14-loka universe. There is no way a priori that any body could have predicted that. This similarity of the microcosm with the macrocosm at the deepest level is the surprise. Just as the universe is built of 14-lokas or planes, so are we. Whatever we have is also there in the universe.

Journey of an Alchemist

Notice in hidden underground caves of dreams, most precious gems and insights emerge crystal clear. And in waking life, its only by descending into the abyss that we recall what it is to trust and surrender, rewire the brain, activate dormant systems, shift from fear to love. The sheer magnitude of what must be faced is reminds us anything dark or negative is a call to rise. Our innate capacity to reframe challenges builds character, resilience, births the alchemist or opens the golden flower within. As we forge a unique path through darkness, create lines of wisdom in our skin to mirror life's eroded walls, others also find their inner light

Accept the initiations

Notice as it dawns that everything and everyone is a mirror, we can no longer selectively share love. Our sense of love expands. Its no longer a choice. We do not choose what we are. Rather, we accept, reject or forget temporarily. Turns out, love is something we are taught to do yet who we are interconnects everything. We no longer contemplate whether we are responding to "our stuff" or taking on "someone else's stuff". On this level, imaginaing separation between 'us and them' keeps us in the realm of experience and the experiencer, memories and past identity. This is necessary to grow. Meditation is a path beyond duality.

Unconditional love is what it is: Source energy shines everywhere, beyond time and space. It pours unconditional love into everything, the seen and unseen. Awareness is essential to healing energetic bubbles that arise and get pushed down, forgotten. These old and new ideas can get trapped in our energy system.

Through meditation, it dawns all energetic release occurs in the present moment. As we alllow ourselves to uncover and explore our shadows, and we stop rejecting parts of ourself, then healing can occur without us. This all happens now where wellness is and healthy expansion occurs to catch up with the truth.

Old bubbles are like emotional energies we have ignored from the past. Those which are big or small may be out of sight yet still influence the law of attraction. They alter our vibrational state of being and undermine conscious initiatives. If we do not get a message from true Self, then it will gather momentum through the law of attraction and reveal itself so we shift into harmony and focus differently. The life we create and steps we take to get back to love are unique to each of us. Regardless of any chosen resistance, the view, path is perfect for us right now.  Accept the initiations you create for yourself to guide you home.
