The key to everything

6 Reasons you exist

This is the moment to review your life purpose, to recall different ways to understand why you are where you are, and not doing something else somewhere else.  This may strike you as a changing motivation at different life stages or, a hidden driving force
 
What would you say to discover deeper reasons for being are not limited to goals your mind creates during this lifetime? Revitalize yourself as you ponder 6 reasons why you exist:
1. to learn

What you learn is less important that the process you go through to see yourself and this world differently. You choose to exist to generate and give meaning to mental, emotional, physical and other experience, to process the lessons and relay the vibrational information back to Source.  You opt to know what it is like to explore different forms of expression as well as to recall what is necessary to assist you to learn and move beyond lessons in this lifetime.

2.  to expand perception 

Every moment, you are inviting yourself to grow aware that your reality and what is possible for you is only limited by your own mind.  What you can do, become, how you can build on or develop your self-knowledge and physical experience and qualifications is allowed or denied by you alone.  The deepest intelligence arises as illusions of separation (perceived gaps in time) fall away between who you think you are and what is rel and possible.  As perception expands, something greater than your body connects, you register new stimuli, and you grow aware you are in the midst of an increasingly conscious light body activation.

3. to know the mind is all powerful

This is a power that is in the process of coming abck to humans through time. We have allowed timeless insights to lay dormant inside ourselves and now is the moment to access them. This involves insight into how to self-heal and transcend all sense of fear which is the most limiting vibration inthis world.
4. to realize divine being

TAccepting divine being is about taking responsibility for all your thoughts, perceptions, and behaviours. This implies you begin to understand uncertainty is a gift you give yourself to grow.  We can choose to realize we are divine and experience life through love or imagine we are less than we are and make choices out of fear.  Whenever we act out of fear, we are reactive and judgemental instead of pro-active and loving.  Acting out of fear is an unconscious way of protecting ourselves from being hurt. This hurt is a vital lesson in the awareness of soul's power. We are each a generator, orchestrator and destroyer  (g.o.d.) of every aspect of our own reality. Owning all of it is empowering as it enables us to shift focal point from a whole new level.

5. to be aware you are creating new universes

As the truth hits and you know you are not the physical body, you exist beyond time and space and you are actually spirit or light energy (choosing to have a physcial experience), the way you view your expeirence on the holographic Earth changes dramatically. Consider when you send email or phone, the energy signal is received immediately.  You communicate regularly beyond time and space yet people you dialogue with are present with you in this moment (on the phone/ skype).  From the moment, you grow aware the past, present and future happen simultaneously, you feel it is all here now.  The life you are living is because you have lessons you still feel you need to learn.  Every choice you make and do not make creates parallel universes.
6. To feel everything is a call for love

Peace, security, acceptance arise spontaneously from simply knowing this.  Being awake or expanding consciousness is not something you accomplish or earn as a reward for effort as ego has you believe.  This moment is complete in and of itself.  Everything you sense and feel is offering a message about love or invites loving yourself more. View everything as a mirror.  Notice whatever you do not like or resist around you is a reflection of what you resist loving about yourself.  Every life circumstance is a learning situation.  This is an opportunity to retrain your thinking into compassionate mindful living. Recognize and release your inner conflict and know you create everything in your life for a reson you can decode for yourself.

5 Tips to catapult in new directions

Every moment, you can clarify or reshape what you have to offer the world. You can boost your self- confidence or encourage others, boost your public profile, boost or reshape the image you wish to present to the world.  This may involve shifts and transitions where it helps to have some extra insight or support. Amidst life change, you choose to be angry or arrogant, a seeker or avid explorer of choices, until everything feels like smooth sailing.  Not feeling like that yet? Consider 5 tips to catapult yourself in new directions;  
1. Idenitfy a focus

Pinpoint what makes you unique.  This involves self-reflection, soul searching about what makes you feel good and what it is you would like to share with or offer others.  This could be things like creative ways to use time , share expertise or mentoring, developing and marketing a product or service. Listen to the heart.
2. Nurture self-discipline

In order to feel like you make progress,  you must be willing to channel energy and attention into your own process.  This translates making a priority and recognizing what distracts you so you do not procrastinate.  Its helpful to be aware of when you mind is wandering away from the task at hand or when you shift away for other reasons. 

3.Brainstorm

You can begin with a skeleton-like focus, but you also need to add detail to run with the idea.  Where would you like this life boost to take you? It is a specific geographic location?  A particular community or professional evironment, or would you like to transplant yourself where you are in more frequent contact with like -minded people?  Whatever it is, write it down.  Draw or create a vision board.  Shre your reflections with others if it feels right. Allow details to fall into place so that this process feels more real.
4. Connect

Draft a list of who you feel would benefit from what you have to offer and how you can connect with them.  Where can you go to interact with people of similar interests, who share your passion or who could benefit from your experience? Draft a one sentence explanation of what you do. Write letters or emails. Use technology for initial contact yet strive to arrange in-person dialogue and meetings to strengthen connections and make a difference in people's lives.
4. Speak

Whether its finding confidence to speak up at a social gathering or, to contact people about doing talks about your area of expertise, the important thing is to find your words and use them aloud to make a lasting impression. Make a video, teach a skillshare course.
5. Show integrity
When you say you are ging to be somehwere at a certain time, be punctual.  If you offer to speak to a group of people on a topic of mutual interest, coem through.   Your behaviour is always painting a picture.

5 Tips to strengthen yourself

Regardless of what is arising or facing in your life at this stage, the moment is ripe to review and on these five tips to strengthen yourself:

1. Eat more alkaline foods

Benefits of eating more alkaline diet can include better heart health, stronger bones, decreased pain and the reversal of nutrient deficiencies. Foods highlighted as part of an alkaline diet include; whole fruits, legumes, vegetables, raw foods, green juices, beans, and nuts.

2. Take cold showers

Cold showers actually increase alertness, lucidity (clarity), refine hair and skin and also jumpstart the immune system and circulation. The cold water in a shower is even known to reduce stress and speed up recovery of sore muscles.  If your mood is a bit down or depression crosses your radar, the cold temp can help raise your spirits too. 

3. Hydrate more often

You need to be drinking half your body weight in pure water or healthy fluids every day and few people actually drink before they feel thirsty.  The latter indicates the onset of mild dehydration.  Anytime you feel stress arising, drink a glass of water to assist your body to recalibrate.

4.  Immerse in Nature

Getting back to Nature or spending time in natural environments is like getting in touch with yourself. Taking in the sounds and smells during a walk, hike or other nature adventure, allows you to relax, reflect, recalibrate, in ways you may not yet even realize.

5.  Listen to the heart (intuition/ Soul)

Listening to the heart is about knowing you always act (or not) for more than one reason. There is that which is conscious and that which is unconscious.  The ultimate purpose involves making the unconscious conscious and facing your shadows to accpt and integrate all of your fractured parts.  Listening to the heart is about feeling your way through life, taking action spotaneously and learning to trust yourself more.  The more your love yourself, the more you trust yourself for conditional love and trust are one in the same.

Savour every plateau

Right now, you may feel you are in a new place on so many levels, but where do you go next with it? You begin to see, feel, perceive new areas of life, to make connections between your thoughts, feelings and manifestations. You sense a desire to go deeper and expand on it all, but what now? 

It is common to have an intense period of change, transition or uncertainty that continues for days or months, but eventually seems to abate, capture less of your attention.

The human journey of Awakening is a multi-dimensional, non-linear process that unfolds uniquely for each being. As you allow it, you are Divinely guided every step of the way. Every experience is a self created opportunity for growth that organically appears on your path. You expand into your internal world of self knowing. Savour every plateau on route to discover more true greatness. Even breath is pure genius.

At different stages, you may feel stuck or disoriented. Such leveling-off is purposeful and invites you to see differently. When it feels right, seek a teacher, book, or meditation practice to explore and better integrate new sensations, dreams, urges and reflections. Intuition is always spot on. If you feel ready for a career transition or other life change, then go with it. The heart always guides to what feels right.
