Resistances are mental blocks humans create for different reasons. Many people don't realize their behavior reflects resistance. You may think you procrastinate or, believe you're simply shifting priorities, when your underlying motivation tells a different story.
As you oppose or withstand situations, you may not realize that you also block energy flow. This is reflected in physical tension and bodily sensations. Your mind moves to focus on a vision you create. What if your new goal was to refocus, even temporarily?
To raise awareness about your physical reactions helps you discern when you are resisting something. Your mind isn't always ready to recognize or acknowledge this. Yet, physiological signs always offer insight. If your muscles are tight, your body is sending you a message. If you sense imbalances, they convey valuable messages as well.
Before you can work through resistances, you need to learn to recognize what they are and when you put up your own walls. Why you do this is something you will figure out as you learn to pay more attention. What does your body tell you? Are you familiar with your base feelings and energy level? Its meaningful to learn to discern what feels natural.
Working through resistence requires that you evolve to "tune in" and sense your body's subtle energy. Healing helps you realize that patterns of emotional turmoil can be broken. Each person chooses his or her own pace. You decide when you heal and how.
Belief predetermines outcome. Real life and your experiences with love enable you to come to your own conclusions. It has been widely agreed that the truth is always felt.
What you perceive as the truth in your life may evoke discomfort. To immerse yourself in Nature is a means of reconnecting with the inspiring and comforting side of the truth.
Outdoor enviroments are full of signs and tools to help you heal. The perceived passage of time may distract you from what is available. Its not only herbs and plants that contain healing properties. Your senses offer clues. Consider what you have in common;
1) Much like Nature, you learn, heal and change step-by-step.
2) Much like Nature, every season has a place in your life.
3) Much like Nature, to honor your fellow creatures produces meaning and value.
4) Much like Nature, resilience is nurtured as you learn to weather storms.
5) Much like Nature, you have innate power to experience freedom.
How you perceive yourself is reflected in your physical, emotional and other conditions. You direct and determine your level of health by way of conscious beliefs. Your creative energy ensures your life will always mirror what you believe yourself to be. Go figure!?
1) Consider the issue of guilt. It may escalate to become physically manifested as illness. This is meant to enable you to face and dissolve your sense of guilt, not prolong it. Yet, if you refuse to face guilt one way, it will manifest itself differently until you do.
2) Consider humans who die young. This sometimes relates to the fact they view old age as undesirable or shameful, and only consciously accept youth, illusions of beauty and dwindling energy. Your beliefs about age will affect and emerge in your physical body.
3) Consider your views on aging. If you anticipate going deaf, you become hard of hearing as you age. If you expect your eyesight to deteriorate from strain, it does. Such physiological changes shouldn't surprise you. Every bodily cell listens to your beliefs.
4) Consider your beliefs generate emotions. You will not understand your emotions until you isolate the underlying beliefs that cause them. Anger isn't always negative and love isn't necessarily always positive. The underlying motive to generate each feeling can contradict the feeling itself and infuse harmful energy you don't want. Reverse the trend.
Whenever you assume your conscious mind no longer directs your thoughts, you may wrongfully assume you are powerless in the face of external situations. The free flow of your emotions will always lead you back to your beliefs. Raising awareness of them will put you in touch with your sense of balance and empower you to heal those imbalances.

You may wonder if a prescription exists for your ailment or discomfort. Maybe your energy needs a boost? If you dream of reducing stress and increasing well-being, healing crystals offer options:
1) They offer a variety of vibrations. Each person is at a phase of spiritual growth and self-awareness. Your attitudes and emotions influence your energy field and the nature of your particular imbalance. Different crystal vibes attune to different body types.
2) They help balance your chakras. Each crystal has a distinct colour and radiates healing energy. Chakras describe the lineage points between your aura and your physical body. Chakras are also associated with separate colors. Place crystals of the right color and vibration on a chakra, and you harmonize energies and promote greater well-being.

Judith Orloff highlights 5 points which each of us can use to move beyond the limits of linear thought. Rather than just following the status quo, it makes sense to consider what feels right, what resonates with you. Take in what's meaningful. Discard the rest.
1) Notice your beliefs- People engage in intuitive healing for varied reasons. We aren't always aware of our beliefs. We don't always grasp how we act to heal ourselves and others (or we resist). To discern your beliefs and set issues aside, enables you to help others, and gain new life perspective. To master beliefs requires transcending ego. As you do your best to assist others learn their beliefs, you strengthen intuition. Moving ahead means you feel good to encourage, empower and support, without taking credit.
2) Be in your body- Your intuitive experience guides you even when you're unaware. Intuition is emotionless information which invites you to value where you are on a learning curve right now. As you open your intuition, you open yourself to new dimensions and views. If you get spontaneous intuition, you need to ask yourself whether its appropriate to share what you see. Accurate feedback may reinforce the truth of your feelings or vibes, but you don't always have to do anything about them.
3) Sense your body's subtle energies- Are you tuning into your physical body? Its unwise to go about your life intending to heal the whole world. That would be ego-driven and could be intrusive. Helping everyone and everything is not respectful. Intuition is about picking up what is most accurate about someone. Its like striking a chord, learning to trust yourself. You learn when and where to open your mouth. Its the art of diplomacy. Having expectations will distort the information you seek from your intution.
4) Ask for inner guidance-This requires you get into a receptive mode and abandon analytical thinking. You may close your eyes, go inward. You can ask your intuition specific questions and wait. You can learn to tune in and depend on your own inner voice. Use the information you get wisely and sensitively. If you don't get good vibes about sharing it, then don't. Keep quiet. You control the speed of incoming energy flow.
5) Learn to listen to your dreams- The non-linear, logical mind is out-of-the-way while you sleep. This permits you to receive an influx of symbols and events without ego interference. If you choose, they can actually help to ground you. Through practice, you can learn to identify how dreams shape your intuition, from areas of healing and general guidance, to premonitions and emotional issues worth attention. Even teachers learn.
