7 Steps that are involved in channelling by Chris Stormer:

1) Conception. Recall non-physical experiences, such as an imaginary friend during childhood, seeing unusual deja0vu apparitions or NDE

2) Preparation. B e ready to accept non-physical energies through deep relaxation, meditation and visualization.

3) Gestation. Tune into physical energies of the body and send soothing, loving thoughts to areas of tension or discomfort, noting the effect of non-physical thoughts and emotions.

4) Recognition. Give the vibrancy a name such as essence, Spirit of Life, Universal inspiration or whatever comes to mind.

5) Implementation. Consciously choose to become a channel and invite universal guidance and assistance at all times.

6) Integration. Develop a trusting relationship between the earthly and spiritual energies for the Universal material to be used enthusiastically, beneficially and lucratively through teaching, counseling, painting, writing, healing, ect.

7) Maturation. The total integration of energies for self-actualisation. This is what you need to do inside in order to bring all the other steps together.

Aloha Liara,

This is a very concise list! Defeating one's own ego boundaries is certainly one of the biggest challenges of any life. Are there any particularly interesting insights you've gained from this process?

Peace...

Hi Brian.
I agree rising above ego limitations is desirable. One thing I have learned is many of us benefit from sensing from self-imposed time-constraints. If you decide to develop your channelling skills, you will. You will accomplish precisely what you set out to do at your own pace. Channelling is already possible. We all do it. We could all build on what we know and take our skills to new levels. As you recognize how you hold yourself back, it enables you to move ahead.
