Flexibility serves you

Reflect on occasions where circumstances do not pan out as you initially envision.  How do you feel about this? Being flexible serves you. Notice what it feels like to resist the way things unfold. Notice how much easier it feels to adjust to changing conditions when you are not attached to particular outcomes. Feel your way to the right choice.

"Nothing is softer and more flexible than water, yet nothing can resist it." - Lao Tzu

Hi Liara .. it's such an important ability to have - so often the course alters, or adjusts .. and it's so much easier if we just adapt and get on with it .. flexibility has certainly served me.

Thanks - cheers Hilary

Hilary, Lao Tzu offers a powerful message. To be like water or to be water is to be perpetually flexible. Life is whatever (or as easy as) you decide or nothing.

Hi Liara.

Ah hah! I've been resisting the way things are unfolding. And I've been forgetting to be curious and have defaulted into judgment too. "Feel your way to the right choice." I like that :) Thank you.
