Live without fear

Consider what fear is and why some people are addicted to it. Ask yourself whether you invite it in and how it prompts you to behave as you do.  What if you choose to allow freedom to shift your perspective?

When people allow themselves to be controlled by fear, they block out the experience of joy and freedom.  You have the opportunity to open the mind and choose to learn from yourself.  Respect the external world.

Notice the choice to fear invites the reason for it into your life.  The mind does this to help you learn to face and see through fear, realize you can live in peace and harmony. Fear does not have to be on your agenda.  You are taught to expect fear and suffering and to forget the kindness and compassion. 

Recall you can live without imagining painful penance. Take another approach.  Give yourself the penance of 50 strokes to the back of a cat or another animal.  Never underestimate healing power of compassion.

I LOVE the idea about 50 strokes to a pet. Or 50 massage strokes to a husband's back. In giving love do we receive.

And I'm so excited I can now recognize when I am fearful and release it almost immediately.

Jannie, penance is reframed by choice. A person can choose to view everything as an opportunity to remember the power of love and compassion. Many ways to trigger remembering and the elicit the teacher and student within to shine. Happy moments!

Hi Liara .. I choose to live without fear .. it gets me sometimes .. but then it gets beaten back and I know that there is nothing to fear .. I think I’m more without fear now .. this has been a bad year .. and those experiences have been awful – but good building blocks. I think my mother understands the solace of healing power of compassion .. I am there with her. Thanks - Hilary

Hilary, polarities such as 'good and bad' are imagined in the mind to give you the illusion of feeling powerless. In truth, a person chooses to give power away and can also choose to remember fear is an illusion and also a teacher. You now have expanded insight into emotion. Everything is a blessing in disguise. Identify the blessing, transform your perception and experiences in this physical life.
