Liara Covert in Meditation, tibetan singing bowls

Singing bowls originate in the Himalayas. Their unique sound comes from the seven to twelve sacred metals in them. Legend says the iron used is sometimes replaced by meteorite material found on Himalayan mountaintops, also known as 'metal from heaven.' Space enthusiasts know meteorite adds mystical energy. There was a period where my research focus was asteroids and meteors. As it happens, in my travels, I have quirky ways of finding or visiting meteorite craters.

Now, meteors are linked to magnetism, electricity and energy that can alter brain states. Tibetan singing bowls are known to resonate at the same frequencies as certain altered brain states. Research reveals the wave patterns of different singing bowls echo measurable wave patterns identical to alpha waves and/or theta waves produced by the brain. Those who learn to consciously move through these states, actually enter different realms and dimensions. Experience is a profound teacher.

In such altered states humans grow less aware of the physical body and move to connect deeply with peace and love energy. They explore consciousness, engage in remote viewing, astral travel, know out of body-experiences, detect expansion of innersight, encounter non-human entities, such as angels, ETs and spirit guides. Remove labels and you just feel energy.

As these bowls evoke deep relaxation, listening evokes a sense of inner doorways opening. The pitch of singing bowls halts one's internal dialogue and makes it possible to 'tune out' or tune into multiple frequencies. Tibetan singing bowls are timeless meditation tools. Their subtle sound centres mind and induces shamanic trance states. Playing a bowl is itself a meditation exercise. Playing bowls enables one to align with mystical energetic vibrations and to enter a perception of divine realms. Thanks to Max for inspiring this post. Nemaste!
