Some people believe anger is the most disturbing emotion.  These feelings affect not only an angry person, but also anyone around.  You may ask what kind of approach would be in your interest.  How do you respond to anger expressed by others toward you?

When anger clouds someone's mind and judgment, the effective approach is to react with compassion.  You can avoid reacting with aggression.  If you permit yourself to get angry, you create more causes for your own suffering.  Discipline is always an option.

You may not realize that patience is the strategy for greater contentedness.  Positive thinking can enable you to experience uninterupted happiness.  To view hostile people with gratitude is an opportunity to practice patience.  How often do you take it?

As you reflect on angry people you encounter in your life, you realize that perceived enemies provide rare and valuable opportunites  You gain  useful insight into yourself, into mind-control and into ways you can stretch your understanding of patience.
